Where can I level up my cutlass?
 

I'm level 17 trying to level up my cutlass,It's current level is 6, I didnt really use it before, i mostly used my level 11 voodoo doll. Where is a really great spot were I train my cutlass to at least level 10-15?

Thieves Den, Fort Charles, plenty of other places, but those are a few.

Aye, Forth Charles is a good starting place. Many other pirates to help heal there..usually. Then once you start getting up there, the catacombs and then Outcast are good places as well. But hold off on those until you level up a little more so your health can hold out.

I like to hang out in the corner of Fort Dundee on Padres.
Officers march down the aisle pretty frequently, and are good reps.
