EITC warning message
 

A message about the EITC just came up in game a few minutes ago.
Looks like mine had some issues lol, was it just me or was everyones like this?

This often happens when text coding is put into certain environments the %20 is a space.

Well, Zep stole the words out of my mouth.

At least yours had english words. I often get text that is in Clingon!

Yes, that is correct. Just another way servers interpret various characters, particularly special characters that could have different functions/meanings in different environments.

However, I like the Klingon theory as well!

Who knows what it would look like written with our alphabet! ;)
