Im not a beta tester, but i did signed up for the game and I cant wait till it opens.

Welcome aboard matie! Phase 1 of Beta has closed but Phase 2 is scheduled to start in September. I believe if you check the threads here or visit the main POTCO website, they tell you how to sign up to be a tester. Best of luck and see you on the high seas!
