Bad Luck!!!!
Well, mates, as good as Ben's luck has been lately--->Lizzy's has been bad. Tonite my house was flooded for the fourth time in less years. Everything is ruined...furnace, water heater, washer, dryer...Had a big storm & my neighborhood is in ruins again. This is after my brand new auto was almost totaled 6 days after I bought it...Geez, Ben must have used up all the good luck out there...lol Even a pirate has her limits...and Lizzy has just about reached hers. So, I guess I won't be doing alot of pirating over the next few weeks...Anyone wanna lend me a sloop? How about some Rum...that might really come in handy at this time...:skull:

Lizzy, I'll lend you my boat so you can get to the store. and as for the Rum i'm pouring you a jigger of the Captains finnest right now. I hope Bart is right and your luck is about to change. I'll buy a power ball ticket for you just in case.

Yes Lizzy i've sailed with you. lol nothing like waking up all wet, in jail and groggy, hope it all gets better soon so you can get back to sailing. I got some new water wings I need to try out. Best wished and prayers to you.

I'm so sorry to hear about your flooding problems, AGAIN. I've been travelling and didn't hear about all the storms and flooding there. I thought the Army core of engineers dug that creek out and deepened it? Or is your flooding not from the creek? Anyway, My thoughts go out to you. Take care, and give a yell to let us know how things are going. |
