Nope, I tried getting into the email, It didn't work.

I haven't played POTCO in a while now, & I've decided to start playing again today. Problem is, I've forgotten my username & my password. When I made the account, I used a Charter email, yet we no longer have Charter, resulting in me losing that email. Therefore, I can't recover both my user & pass =/

What should I do?

Not such a big problem
 
You can use the contact info for POTC online or call the number for customer support. Tell them your problem and if you can prove you are who you say you are they will correct the problem. Disney's customer support is very helpful.

Mmm.. Well I remember when I joined, I put the wrong year as my birthday =/ I think I remember what I set it as, but im not sure.

&& I'm kinda afraid to call, since I'm calling people I don't know. Kinda nervous...

In this case, calling is the only option, be honest with them, they are usually very understanding and helpful. May not work, but thats the only option I think without having access to the attached email.

You will need to call their Customer Support number. The Live Chat has been disabled for a few weeks now for "upgrades." Even if Live Chat was up, talking to them in person will yield better results and assure them more of your identity.

I'm afraid to call. I feel like I'm going to screw up when they ask for my name & all. I know I'll definitely screw up when they ask for the Birthday I put for the account. I made the account around when I was 12 I think, so I lied about my age. I think I put 92 but I can't remember. That's bad =/

Help would be appreciated!

You should still be able to check your email on the charter website.
Call customer support though, it will probably require you knowing the credit card information if you payed with a credit card.

If you haven't logged in for that long, you may just want to make a new account. My daughter went more than 9 months without logging in, and even though she knew all her account info, we couldn't log in. It's no big deal if your account was basic to begin with.

I called, I think my Characters were deleted, but I can still access my accounts.

I've gotten onto 3 of them so far, none have characters made. There's still a few more accounts I can try, but who knows if their empty as well.
