Very odd morning....
 

Okay so this morning my connectivity or SOMETHING is being very weird. My screen will be fine and then, randomly it will freeze! All chat, characters, enemies, everything, except for me is frozen! Then if I wait a couple minutes, it will unfreeze and go back to normal. I have however crashed once so far instead of having my screen restored. I normally never have this problem or any connectivity problems for that matter. Anyone have an idea what is happening?

I have no idea what causes this but mine does the freezing thing too.
Usually when it happens to me everything stays frozen but me for about a minute or so then the game will crash.

Oh No! I had problems late last night, Ok 3 A.M. this morning (couldn't sleep) I got Into the fence byt the Tortuga straw stacks & Couldn't get out! I had to Tp my way out of there. A few minutes later while in Wild Woods I somehow got up on the Big Rocks & again had to tp to get out. It was weird & frustrating & very Twilight Zoneish at the time of the night !! Embrace your Glitches, oh my!

Haven't been on site yet today pg09...but thanks for the heads up! Yesterday my screen was shaking like when you are on PDF and an earthquake occurs. Problem was I was on Port Royal! Only lasted for a brief time...but I wasn't certain if it was my puter or the site.

That would be your internet having mixed messages between your server, and Disney's server. There's a difference between your connection, and connected servers. It happens a lot to those of us with uneasy internet.

That's the thing though.. My connection is usually just fine, minus some minor lagging I normally don't have any problems.... It just stared this moning.

And a couple people told me they have been having similar issues to, some just freeze and un freeze after a couple minutes, but other freeze and then crass. So I don't think its just me.....

This may be some thing to do with the new updates but... when I lose my connection my game will freeze every other person but me. I can run around, hack at enemies and they just stand there, other players some times vanish, but usually they just stay motionless. This will take place for up to a minute, and usually I don't catch it because I'm in "pirate mode" mentally, but after that my game will quit, and I have to reset my modem.

Side Note: I recently had a ton of trouble with my connection being lost while in the middle of doing some thing online, and had to call my broadband provider and have a service tech come out. Just for good measure I checked all my connections, even reformatted my PC... still the same issue. The guy came out, looked at every thing and was perplexed... He noticed I was using a modem I got about 5 years ago, (from him, he came in and hooked it all up when I first ordered their service... cool guy by the way) he went out to the truck and brought me in a new modem, and the problem stopped.

Once again, it is the server that is the issue. Your internet may be fine, but the server is the access point in which your internet connects to POTCO. Yes, access to everything else is fine, but this is the problem with your internet specifically connecting to POTCO.
