Fleur de Lis Tattoo?
 

I was on the PDF docks the other day and I saw a male pirate sporting a sprawling, beautiful Fleur de Lis tattoo on his chest. Unfortunately he scampered off before I could ask or get a screenshot. I instantly became bent on finding it, but I've looked through the tattoo shops and researched the tattoo quests, and it doesn't seem to be anywhere. Do any of you guys have it, or know where to find it?

You get it for completing the French SVS Quest!

that makes sense fleur is french for flower

If you complete the Spanish task, you get a lion with a crown. No clue what its called though...... hehe

Complete the French SvS quest found on Perelle De Porc (I think thats how you spell it)
