Dead men don't talk?

Its probably obvious lol.. I tend to overthink things.:D

Ol' Cap'n Flint in Treasure Island had buried his treasure on a secret island off Tortola. After Cap'n FLint and thirteen of his "specially chosen" crew had buried the tresure, only Cap'n Flint returned to his ship. Ye see, ol' Flint didn't want anybody blabbing where he had buried his treaure, and...

DEAD MEN TELL NO TALES.

Exactly bart!
You dont want anyone to tell a secret so you kill them because
DEAD men tells no tales.

And it was actually 15 men not 13. Only flint returned. but his first mate (Billy Bones) kept the map.

3 men can keep a secret if two of them are dead. Have you heard that line? It was implemented by Benjamin Franklin, though I'm not exactly sure he was the first.

There was this show, and I can't recall the name exactly but it included Candy in the name or so I think, and had Stephen Colbert (I'm not that much a fan of Colbert, but he's somewhat funny). Anyway, the main character was a lady who'd give advice in this episode, and when Colbert asked her for some, she said the line we speak of, and he resolved to kill this person!
