Hello Pirates!
I am new here & on Pirates but well aquainted at PHF. I am Lil LadyBug there. Everyone calls me Bug so feel free. I am an older Pixie Pirate that is young at Heart. I am finding the excitement & challenges at Pirates a total blast so far!! I am unemployed at the moment so am on off & on throughout the day/evening!! It is a bit addicting trying to get through Quests, skills & levels :) I am looking forward to making lots of Pirate Friends here! Feel free to say Hi to me in the Game, Any tips Welcome!! I am interested in really focusing on my voodoo as soon as I get my first Doll Quest done, hehe which I am on now. I also Welcome any & all Friend requests! Will work on my UserPage soon :)

Welcome to the game and the forums, Bug.

Best advice that can be given:

1) Look through the forums for advice on how to best level your pirate. (There is no 'right' or 'wrong' way, just depends on what you are trying to accomplish.)
2) Don't let your skill set become too unbalanced.
3) If you like to play alone, join a small guild, or create your own. If you like to play with a crowd, or get and give help, find a guild that suits your needs. (Look in the guilds setion.)
4) HAVE FUN!

I wholeheartedly agree with Basil, with the possible exception that #4 should be the first priority!
