Can't start the game ://

Yo

When I try to start POTCO it only says Retrieving Version Info and after a while the window close down ='( so I can't play POTCO :/ so please can anyone help me out?
I've already reinstalled the game twice.

I have Windows Vista if that matters.

Have you tried to re-install the game?. If not, delete the one you have on and reinstall it.
If you have Windows Vista 64-Bit version, right click on the launcher icon from the desktop then go to properties, select compatibility and from the drop down, choose Windows XP. And try to launch the game.

Hope that works Mate.

I tried that compatibility thingy, but that didn't work :/

Er... I would look further into it to help you but I don't have vista. It may be your computer memory? Not sure though.

I can't even seem to get into the game either. It keeps saying that I'm putting in the wrong password but I'm not. So I requested my password to be changed and I'm getting an error in that, saying "There was an error processing the request. Either the server cannot process the request at this time or the requested resource was not found." How lovely. (sigh)

Correct, as of 12:00 Noon (EST), I tried two different logins, and says "Wrong pass".
Must be Goofy in charge today at Big D. I will try in 30 minutes, must be maintenance (without notice).:skull:

Spoke to rep

I just got off the phone with a service rep that said the site is undergoing some "unscheduled maintenance" and the site should be up and running in about 2 hours. Don't be alarmed if you are getting the "bad account or user ID" message. Just be patient and they will get it fixed as soon as they can.
