This will also vary based on the videocard/hardware you use.
Some cards/drivers will render things better than others.

My videocard has its own set of quality settings that can be changed outside of the game as well that have an impact on it.

Those pictures seem to reflect only a difference in Texture resolution.. interesting.

Low quality looks like how I see things without my contacts :laughks2: It's all a blurr :bookishfj7:

Aye... when MY graphics are low, its just one big mess. no detail at all, just flat colours and shapes. BAH!!! ( With the subtle ecxeption on Jackie, who has perfect grapphic no matter what. :D )

well I have to use low because it will otherwize have lots of lag. can I see the differences on a stump or how about ships with different detail levels.

For me, the high graphics look about medium.

When I play and turn the graphics up high they look much better than the pictures I see. I'm only saying this to address the problem which makes the screenshots we take look, how would I put this, a little dull?

The framerate is also very horrible. Why can't they keep the cool enemy looks but make the framerate look nice? They can in other online games so I don't see why they don't do that with POTCO.

It depends on the video card. I installed a new video card into Zilly's computer a week or so ago and the difference between that and the on-board video adapter she was using is like night and day, especially since I was able to actually turn up all of the graphic settings to high without it freaking out. There are so many details and subtleties that we didn't even see before. This is quite honestly a very beautiful game. I may need to grab some screen shots from her computer later to show what I mean.

Smooth and detailed textures while keeping up with frame rate? Apparently Disney chose to lower the resolution of the textures immensely to make up for it. It's possibly a limitation in the game's graphics engine.

Ooo, I'd like to see some of the screenshots. If they look a bit blury, it's because all screenshots turn out that way when we take them.

I'd really like to see the difference from my computers to Zilly's.
