VMK, ToonTown, or PotCO?
 

When PotCO opens, will you play VMK, ToonTown, or PotCO?

I am a beta tester and have already switched over, mostly, ot PotCO. I can't wait until it opens and the lag is fixed!

I'll split my time unless a lot of my friends switch over to Pirates. Pirates seems fun, but the lag is so bad that its virtually unplayable for me.

The lag will improve when PotCO updates the server and opens the game to the public.

Hmmm I'd go play pirates. by the time it opens the game will be great!

I wasnt going to say anything but I wanted to pool out a question to everyone since it was brought up.. Only because this has been a big topic over at the sony Forums too.. so here it goes.. Accourding to Disney (taken from thier gaming magazines) the player base for VMK and toonotwn the free and pay versions are anyone from age 3 to 18, and that the main reason that Disney created a real subscriable MMO was to attrack gamers age 18 and up.. how many players that are on Toontown and VMK do you all really think will even be allowed to play this game when it goes live. I know that most parents I know wont pay 10 bucks a month for a "T" rated MMO for thier kids lol.. so I mean I know there is going to be a litle 2 level free trial version of the game according to Disney, but you know like anyother game like WOW or SWG or EQ or LOTRO once u play the demo for a week u have to start paying just to enjoy it.. I know my CC info is all in DXD ready to go.. I have a feeling that if this game ever goes lives.. it has the potental and moeny behind it to become one of the largest MMO's out there.. I mean players from all the other MMO's are talking about pirates all the time,, now lets just hope ina few months we get a playable build that looks good and is close to going live... we should all cross our fingers for the dev team :-)

It depends. I will probably play Toontown. If PotCO is free, I will play that too. If not, I don't think I will play at all. I may try it out though.

POTCO is, will be, free, its just that if you want "extra features", you will have to pay. A lot of games are like that. I just can't stand it, lol.

good point but look at it this way too.. if WOW or SWG was free the games would suck with no new added content and no devs or CSRs running around to help.. all good MMO's need to make money lol.. What I am waitng to see is if when the game goes live will will have to buy the game first to play it like SWG or WOW or LOTRO maybe dinsey will be nice too us and just unlock what we have for us when we all start paying.. we shall see

All THREE! I love all the games. Although I might need to cancel my Toontown subscription. The money that i pay for Toontown really does add up sometimes.

But I'll most definitely always keep my VMK account. :)
