Sorry about this. I know of someone in the game who had an issue with a player stealing members out from under him. He reporeted this to Disney. As a result, she was banned from the game FOREVER! You may consider doing the same thing. Good luck!

Has something like this ever really happen or is it just a rumor? I don't know how a member can be "stolen". People are persuaded to switch guilds all the time and it's up to player what guild they choose. Or so I would think.

The reason I ask is that a large number of players left a guild recently because they didn't like the way the GM treated them. A friend of mine opened up her guild to them so they could all stay together. I'd hate to see her get in trouble because of this.

Although I wouldn't put it past D to ban someone, I doubt sincerely that anyone could be banned for accepting a number of Guild transferees. Like you stated, it's up to the players to decide which guild they want to be in.

I've never heard of this....as stated, it's freedom of choice. There are no Guild contracts.

Aye it is freedom of choice. I posted the first quote here. Let me explain further what happened. This person who was banned, was banned b/c she was purposefully going to my friend's guild and taking members away, not just once. She was causing problems, starting rumors, or what ever in order to do this. Which, in my opinion, is wrong and very immature.

The thread I posted it in had to do with guild member being deleted. I simply suggested that if they knew who was purposefully deleting member of their guild, just to cause problems, then they could always go to Disney and tell them personally. Even ask for the Deleter to be banned for doing this.

It is wrong if someone takes a member out under false pretenses. I personally hate seeing anyone who is in the game for the purpose of causing a riff between people. And I believe that those players need to be banned from the game. After all, its a game for anyone and eveyone. Need to keep in mind that its not just adults in the game.

:skull: I left my guild because I had a group "chasing me," all the time. I did mind helping a little but then this one pirate wanted me to be his wife. I am a level 20+ and the guild invites are flowing in. I tried another guild not a good choice for me. I was playing without a guild and turned down one offer just to be threatened with you will be sorry.:sadmh9:
