Disney POTCO poll
 

On the main POTCO website there is a poll being run by disney, asking "Which of the following I'm looking forward to"

The options are:
The Kraken
New Inventory and Loot
Notoriety Increases
More Events.

As of now, the Kraken leads by a strong majority.

I suggest that all you pirates that have level 40, and are just sitting by with nothing left to do, go vote for the Notoriety increase.

Personally, I will not fight the Kraken and give up the rep that can be earned, until they raise the limits. I'm tired of letting all that rep be lost.

If you defeat the Kraken now, when they finally do raise the limits, you won't have anything to do, and no way to earn the rep.

Just voted... WOW that is depressing. Notoriety increases are in LAST PLACE with 927 votes. Kraken in the lead with 3803.

I voted for notoriety increase right when it came out. At that time there were under 100 votes total and it was unclear the kraken would take a big lead.

It's a shame really. I guess the kraken wouldn't be bad.

The real shame is... I'm sorry to say this, but... All the votes in the world are not going to matter. Since when have we all asked, begged, implored for a new chapter and bigger caps than the current 40/25 that we have. And since when do we get OUR way? They don't even listen to the testers. Odds are that those in the higher positions don't even listen to the developers. Why would they care what us the players want? The should, but they don't. I can only hope that I am really wrong about them. I am terribly sorry to bring all of our hopes to reality.

I am excited by all of the choices.

I saw this a week ago I think, was like 300 kraken, and like 100 on Notoriety and content each. I find that almost funny in itself, to raise notoriety and weapon cap basically equals content, or I feel sorry for half the characters out there including some of mine, that have max weapon upgrades, to slow any future leveling.

I have another three one about done, and two in the 30's not taking any of the upgrades and see what happens since we can't get rid of those.

Seems a unrealistic poll when its based off the high percentage of free accounts and probably people just first taking a look at the game.

I hope if they bring this kraken it is not another nothing quest, and actually gives a rare item or something that can be useful.

I just realized, "looking forward to" might mean they are all coming and it just to see what people are most excited about.

I would be ecstatic if that were the case, but I just can't bring myself to be that optimistic.

Unclear what is involved with the Kraken. Is it just a monster or is it the boss fight at the end of a story quest?

No kidding.. Notor increase is NEEDED!

I voted to raise the noteriety cap. My Wife and I both have level 40 pirates and we have been working on some junior pirates that are already in the mid 30's. As for the Kraken, that would be great as a boss battle at the end of the next story quest. Sure, right after they add Singapore as the next major island. DISNEY... please raise the notoriety cap! And then raise the gold cap, I already have 2 war frigates and a war sloop and I maxed my gold again.
