Types of cutlasses
 

Um... I am level 24... and i just finished the quest to get the Fine cutlass... and i was wondering if any of you guys knew what all of the cutlasses were and to see what else i have to get till i have the best one. Im level 18 cutlass..?

You're a few steps away from getting the best cutlass. You unlock the Pirate Blade quest at cutlass level 20.

Also, there's a chart located here that shows each skill and what unlocks or becomes available when.
