Official Guide on How To Play POTCO on iPod Touch 2nd Gen!
 
Here is the official guide to play Pirates of the Caribbean Online from an iPod Touch 2nd gen. On a Windows Operating System. WARNING””!”!! I AM NOT GOING TO TELL YOU HOW TO JAILBREAK YOUR IPOD…. #but I wasn’t going to tell you how to get it untethered I wouldn’t tell you to go to ipod2g.info and download quickfreedom…. If I weren’t to tell you  :piratear:

First of all I am not liable to anything that happens to your iPod touch in any way.
Second make sure that you have a Tethered, or Untethered jail broken iPod touch 2ND GEN!
Third make sure that you have a computer that has POTCO installed and updated.
Fourth make sure that you have internet access on both iPod Touch and PC.
Fifth must have 2.2.1 firmware
Sixth make sure you have a fast enough computer, and and internet speed to run pirates and
FOR JAILBROKEN IPOD’S
1. Open up Cydia
2. Go to Manage
3. Press Sources
4. Pres the small edit button on the Top Right Hand Corner
5. Press the add button
6. Now make sure that when you type this, it is right. cydia.hackulo.us
7. Press Add Source (after that it should update your list of providers)
8. Press Settings on the dock of Cydia
9. Scroll to Hackulo.us
10. Install both the miPatch Firmware 2.2.1 and Installous
11. Restart your iPod touch after installing Installous
12. Go into Installous and on the top RIGHT hand corner push the search button
13. Type in Jaadu RDP
14. Scroll to the bottom press the download button
15. After you download it go into Downloads and press on Jaadu RDP
16. Go to PC Guide

FOR REGULAR IPOD’S

1. Open App Store
2. Search for Jaadu
3. MAKE SURE THAT IT IS RDP!!
4. Purchase it
5. Open it
6. Go to PC Guide

PC GUIDE FOR JAILBROKEN IPOD USERS AND NON-JAILBROKEN IPOD USERS

1. Go into iTunes on your PC
2. Go to http://www.jaaduvnc.com/support/windows and follow the guide to setup on Mac, or Windows appropriate to your running software
3. Run the RDP software
4. Go to Jaadu iPod Setup



IPOD GUIDE FOR SETTING UP JAADU
1. On your search bar on your Start menu, type in cmd and open the first result.
2. Next type in ipconfig scroll back up and find IPv4 Address………..: then there should be a lot of numbers (for ex. 192.168.1.199)
3. Open up Jaadu on your iPod next.
4. Press the plus button on the top right hand corner
5. Then press address and type in those series of numbers
6. After that login to windows with your password that you set back in the guide on the internet.
7. Next, open pirates on your iPod
8. Login with pirates
9. Away you go!

EDIT!!! ... Sorry about the compatibility typo... you can only untether jailbreak your iPod if you have a Windows Machine... this guide for Jaadu is completely compatible between Mac OS X, Leapord OS X, and Windows XP, Windows 7 (which I am running) and also Linux

As long as you have a decent internet speed... I just use it to talk to my guild on the TEST server... or if I am trying to level one character and have my iPod to follow him around...

I'm not fully understanding this. You say this guide is for a Windows OS but you can set up Jaadu on a Mac also?

No, this is to run the ACTUAL game of Pirates Online, on an iPod TOUCH.... there is no way to get internet on an iPod Nano...

Either jail-break or cough up a fair bit of cash.
