Why no new gypsy on Tortuga?
 

Disney remade Port Royal, and added a third Gypsy. They also made the place much safer for a pirate to be, since they didn't put in near as many enemy soldiers, etc. The third gypsy is in the fort, so that you don't have to leave the fort to get tonics, etc.

Then they remade Tortuga. They made it much more complicated, added the swamp, spread out the entrances to the various caves, etc. But, they didn't add a second gypsy there! Seems that the pirates main island would have another gypsy.

Just a thought!

Perhaps she's invisible like our cannons occasionally are.....lol
