"The Multi-tool." Haha, yes, I think it would be an interesting addition to the game, but I think maybe it should be something you get for actually defeating Jolly Roger. Let's see, 2nd story chapter, and the Boss Battle has something to do with Jolly Roger, and the Multi-tool is the equivalent of Leadership. I dunno, an idea.

Aye aye, but I agree with Edward Burnskull. This shouldn't be a common item. In my opinion, it should be difficult to acquire, otherwise, what's the point of having such an advanced weapon in the game?
