Money For Retraining.
 

I halrdly need money to retrain some skills but when I try sailing I get bad plunder EVEN WITH TREASURE SENSE AND CREW ON BOARD (me as captain), if I try with grenades I loose it all with something important, like bigger sack better weapon or new clothes/tattoos. There must be a way to do it! I htought about leveling up my sailing to get treasure sense but the only ships that give good rep bonus end up sinking me before I get to sink them.:skull_bullet:

Sailing is the way to do it.....you need a trusty crew to take on the higher level ships for the better plunder. There's always something to spend gold on....don't gamble it away for sure. You really don't need more than 2 points in treasure sense to haul in loot. I have 2 points in it and can pull in anywhere from 500-700 on average (sometimes higher).

But the best ship I can buyu with the money I get is a normal frigate, I have level to buy war but not the money and its impossible to captain a big crew in quiet server, sience if I go to ideal game will freez and anyways people take my ships for plunder. I have won skill point on treasure sense and its impossible to level up if I sink when im about to finally kill my enemy.

The standard Frigate is not a bad ship at all.....you could always ask for help here. Post a day and time with server you will be on and you'd be surprised how many of us will show up and be delighted to assist. Please provide as much advance notice as possible.

Plundering on a War Galleon is the best way to go,

But if ye have hearties that have maxed gold just kindly ask them for some :) (Through poker)

Where you sail can make a difference in your plunder and your survival. If you are getting sunk by high level ships try to take on medium level ships. You may not get as much loot per trip but you will make it back to port with your loot. It may take a few more trips but have patience you can get there.

ive had this same problem but i solved it by sailing not often and fighting assassins alone and assassin bosses with friends.

Also it sounds like you either have a very unhelpful guild or are not in one. A good guild will crew with you and help you achieve your gold. That's how I quickly built up gold when I wanted to get my war ships.
It can take awhile sometimes, but if things came too quickly you wouldn't keep playing now would you? Believe me you don't want to get the point I am now where there is little to spend gold on (since that is the reason to have it I assume, to spend it)

Well, what i do is go to tortuga, or port royal, head to the digny, and look for a War Galleon, you want it to have between 3-6 crew. Make sure it only has 2-4 cargo, or none, and then board. You will usually get about 700-800 each port. Once youve earned about 2k from that, head for padres. Make sure you have cheat cards. Bet 500, cheat if you have to. Everytime you win, stand up, sit back down. Repeat, you can get money quick. I earned about 10k:12_1_138: off doing this.

Looks to me like yer problem is more of saving shiny sort rather than the gettin' shiny sort. I'd recommend settin' a goal (fer example, savin' enough doubloons to buy a War Frigate) and then stickin' with it. If Sacks, clothes, and tattoos are too tempting to pass up then ye've got a bigger problem, mate.

on grenades when you get to be able to get the last sack you wont buy it, it is like 12000 gold

I have noticed this and it has been irritating me but there is a very good way.(though a long way.) Go to a quite server ( my usual is caicaux) and patrol around uncharted waters and preferably around the north uncharted waters.
I have had good luck on this server and in one good run find 2 juggies a behemoth and 2 death omens got 7 royals 1 treasure and 4 Cargos and it served for 1k gold.
(NOTE: I brought 2 friends with me so i got a captain bonus.)
