New layout of Port Royal

What does everyone else think of the new Port Royal. Tbh, I think it's pretty hard to navigate around it now, but i'm sure i'll sus it out somehow. Fort Charles's size makes my PC laggy :dj93cahgvrs1ca0fcck

I agree, I've been getting lost there every day I go to it. At least the map helps.

I actually like the new Port Royal.. the maze like layout keeps it interesting and everything a lot close together... its tortuga that I'm not too thrilled about.. I think it looks too much like PR.. I was hoping for a more piratey, rundownish look.

Regarding Tortuga, I think they forgot to put the gunsmith on the map because I can't find it anywhere.

Tortuga is meant to be a town thats full of piracy and EITC and Navy Guards set immediately to rebuilding Tortuga, what the heck? It's a pirate town not a bustling metropolis like PR, what would pirates want to do with EITC, apart from knackering them. Tortuga's new layout is better than the last one though, but the storyiling is dodgy :piratetongueor4:

I like the new PR, the compass and map. Nice face lift.......Tortuga....much needed. Which island is next....perhaps Padre with all the EITC ships surrounding it lately.

I like both new updates! It will take a while to get used to but when you do it will be better than the old one. The old PR was a long line. At one end was the fort at the other he shipwright and everything in between. Now it has passageways, tunnels, inter-looping paths much more like a real town. Tortuga used to be a circle! Now it has a way better layout i love the little swamp on the left side of the island and its come a long way.

It looks nice but I spent a good deal of time running around crazily trying to find stuff. :laughks2:
