Guild name?
 

So, how do I get a guild name approved? I submitted my guild name several weeks ago and I'm still listed as guild number 975098 or whatever it is, and it's not even a difficult name? It's something stupid like guildemous maximus I think. Has anyone else had this issue? Is it just how long this is supposed to take?

The first time I requested a name it took 3 days for it to get approved. The strange thing is, it's hard to tell if it rejected the name right off the bat as being taken. If you enter it twice it always seems to come back and tell you to choose another. I've entered names that couldn't possibly be taken (you'd think) yet the system claims it is taken. I think the process of requesting a guild name definitely needs improvement.

A great idea IMO would be for the existing names to pop up in alphabetical order (in the game) so you can see what is already taken.

If you request a name, there is nothing to indicate that it has been submitted. However, it has, and that's why requesting the same name again will cause it to say that the name is taken. As far as how long it takes, I think it took me a little under a week to get my first guild name approved. It did however take over a week to get one of my character names approved, so I'm not sure what to tell you. If it was me, I'd try submitting it again. Ya never know with them Disney people... lol ;)

It took anywhere from 1 to 3 days on Live server for me.

On Test server it took a little over 2 weeks.
