Youre on par with me, I'm all 7s at level 12.

That's not bad. I like to keep all of my land weapons at about the same level until I get the grenades. When I get grenades i usually try to work them until they are mastered. It is easier to do when you are still lv30 or below.

However, I also like to have gold to purchase new ships, so I always get my sailing level to lv15 and cannons to lv16 first. That way I can buy the War Class ships as soon as I have enough gold. The cannon lv16 gives you Thunder shot so you can sit off and take out the sails of larger ships, then switch to regular cannon shot to take it the rest of the way down to Davy Jones.

Actually - you get Lighting at L12 - but to have it with max points you need L16 :)

Just keep everything running as close as possible til you hit garneades - get them and take them aside and master them - then head back and keep going :)

Ok, I know I haven't had coffee yet, so don't make me think.

At level 12 with 4 points saved up = max.

Nice balance of levels on everything. I try doing the same so nothing gets ridiculously far behind. However, sometimes you go nuts on loot runs and the sailing and cannons start creeping into higher levels.

Yea, I mastered sailing before I had any reason to. Now i'm stuck lobbing round shot at every harbinger in the ocean.
