Go Directly to Jail
 

Yesterday on test, while questing in the swamps of Tortuga, me pirate was attacked by a big gator and a giant crab. Being she is of a lower level, her health soon was in the RED. So said pirate drank her tonic in time to save herself...NOT! In a split second she was dead and in jail----->with full health! Her health bar was completely green and full, but there were groggy rings attached. At first she thought it was her eyes. After rubbing her eyes and checking again...the full health was still there. She sat in jail wondering what had happened. Then proceeded to report the incident.

I think they were trying to fix a different timing issue/exploit, when they changed it to go to jail first, instead of drinking the tonic first. I've seen it twice already this month, but maybe only twice before that, in one year of playing. Lately, I've learned to just tonic sooner.
