If you drop unlimeted acsess on live will you loose it on test too?

If you drop unlimited on live, you lose all test access, if I'm reading the latest announcement correctly. On live, you only lose access to your weapons, skills and ships.

ok i cancelled live which is main. So im wondering if my test guy will still have unlimeted acsess. ok? so i do hav test
