Just a short post to wish everyone in BBK, on POTCO, and on the Forum (including the Mods :vlaugh:) a very romantic and loved filled day. Everyone in the world doesn't have the priviledge of having someone to share the day with. But for those that do...enjoy. And for those that are still in search of that certain valentine...come and enjoy it with us on site. After all we do have the /flirt emote to use and activites to enjoy. And I almost forgot our Red blouses to brightenup the festivites. :val07:

Happy Valentines Day everyone!

Three weeks late and as many doubloons short, but a big happy Valentine's Day to all the Krewe Ladies! Ye make the Krewe sparkle, that be the truth.

I pre-arranged to have a dozen red roses delivered to my lovely wife of 19 years while I was deployed. However,

"The best laid plans of mice and men gang aft aglay."

Ergo, come Valentine's Day, no rose delivery. The spousal unit checks to see the status online and it states "Receiver requested later delivery date."

The whaa?

No such request was made by either sender or receiver. So, a couple days later a dozen roses arrive, looking a bit beaten.

She calls the florist and full refund.

She does a little clip here and a prune there and not so shabby.

Oh well. I tried....
