While I was recording this, I recalled having this happen to me accidentally many moons ago. Not being able to TP is too severe a penalty, to actually want to do these.

As of 2/11/2009, the previous glitch has been fixed. But it has a nasty habit of resurfacing...whenever soldiers do that "outer space/gallows" run, you know it's back.
