Andrew Bowdash's "Mansion"?
 

Where is it!? It says a ray of light will guide me to his mansion, but no ray of light is there TO guide me? I can't find it, but I think it is somewhere on Tortuga. Am I right?

It's one of the houses in the "town". (Maybe on the beach). But it's not in the jungle.

Well if my memory serves me, its in the square.

As you come in from the beach go towards left arch, where you see a wagon in front, and its on the left there, a blue door.

Not sure about the mansion bit tho? So maybe im think of another person.

I think the house has a haystack outside. It is in the town square.
