Blue repair circles = Bad
 

Has anybody else noticed the blue circles around the repair spots on SvS ships? I just started seeing it myself this last week. Enemy health seems to recover a lot faster again now...

Yes they have been there for a while. Maybe your graphics just didn't show it mate.

I've only seen that when crew is headed by someone on an opposition ship. Still don't understand why they allow some people in a single crew to be on French team while others are on Spanish team, but meh. Landing the ship, ejecting all crew members from crew then logging out, fixes it. Don't start the new crew until you've relogged. (Preferably all crew members relog.)

There is a pistol-charging/staff-charging glitch for ultra-fast ship repairs (think: instant desolation) that has been out in the wild for a few weeks now. I haven't had an opportunity to time-test it yet, myself. (And no, I won't be more specific yet. My description of it here, is intentionally misleading.)

I have see nthe blue circle and it's exactly what Ed explained..when you are in a crew and one of the crew members boards on a opposite SvS ship, you will see that blue circle, not forgeting that you are being hit by that opposite ship where you crewmate is aboard.
