Is the game shut down?
 

Is the game shut down? I have been trying to get ingame for about 20 mins. I can't get past the "retriieving version info screen. Then it just shuts down.

Anyone?

Not working for me either. I tried to get onto the site, but it won't let me on there either.

i was booted from the game about an hour ago and haven't been able to get back on since :(

In now Basil, working just fine.

I, along with 2 other guild mates had same problem. Got booted and took over an hour to get back on today. Seems like it is working ok now though...I hope!

Sounds like internet issues to me. Not necessarily yours, but either at POTCO, or somewhere inbetween. A major provider may have suffered an outtage.

Well, I've tried off and on for almost 3 hous now, still can't get to the point where I enter my password. So I guess it is sporadic.

It might be on your end because I can still go on.
If you can, try live chat and ask what might be wrong.

You could try downloading the game again if you can't even get into entering your password.

I got in, after 3 1/2 hours of being blocked out

Ugh me too i cant seem to get in to DXD, the website, or the game it keeps saying bad account ID.

Can't get in, but was just in an hour ago. I get "We are sorry, processing of your request."

I don't even know what that means. *eye roll*

Still going.... i suggest we start sending in reports about this.

Same problem here on all Disney sites. I even tried to change my password, and it wouldn't change. I NEED to play! I Will go crazy if I cant!

Having the same deal here. Account say's bad Account ID and or password.
Really tough cause i have 2 high lvl characters over lv 30. The second one has all 3 War ships which a friend of mine helped me get the War Galleon and the War Frigate.

Is this a local issue or something that is widespread?

its letting me get on test maybe there making a update or something

It's happening for me also. I was able to get on several times earlier, but kept getting booted off. Went to a couple of other servers, but kept kicking me out. Now I can't get past the login page.

Did someone at Big D have to much fun last night?

yea, neither are accepting my log in. for a year in advance paid account. Do i get a refund for time wasted? Noooooooo

Edit: Ok...finally able to get back on.

Many of my guild members have had difficulties getting on potc tonight. All have said it took 20 minutes or so before they could log on.

If u werent in already u couldnt get in from about 7pm pst til bout 9pm ish I believe, musta been a bug.

I just got the problem back. Its sooooooooo annoying.
