Bird in Port Royal
 

I saw a bird in Port Royal, behind the governor's mansion :



I think I was in Pataba Server...

I've seen pics on here before of seagulls in birdbaths or water troughs, but after nearly a year on the game I've never actually run across one. I'll have to check the governor's mansion.

Birds been there as far as i started playing, which was a long few moths ago.

The bird has been there for awhile... though some dont see it and maybe its a 'fix' they implemented... even my latest POTCO Video has shots of him :D

I've seen the bird a few times, noticed that if I saw it, ran into the mansion, came out, it would be gone. So I think its still 'glitchy'.

But it was neat to see.

I have a bird as a pet in the game, she is on the dock in port royal. See if u can find her...I named her Cassie.

Hmm..... that bird looks kind....... tasty..... I wonder if anyone will notice it if it goes...... missing :D

I tried 13 different servers tonight and could not find the seagull. I guess I'm not one of the chosen ones.

Couldn't find the GM either. Guess I'm not in the favor of the Big D powers-that-be.

I think it has to do with your graphic settings. I recently upgraded and decided to set my graphics on higher res, and poof! Instant birdie!

Anyone else reminded of the gulls in Finding Nemo? "Mine, mine!"

thats very..... interesting. that reminds me, when you set all your graphic settings on High and ye get some ship damage, I believe you get a banana boat.....

I've got my graphics settings maxed and I STILL can't see the bird.

I didn't see a necessity to create a new thread about this, but I found the bird in Port Royal myself. However, I found it on test and in a new location, the dock!

EDIT: No picture, but there is yet another seagull on the pier-post behind that one. Pesky birds seem to be invading the island!

Better not inform June of Port Royal of this bird...or it's goose will be cooked! Ya no ..she's the one always sending ya on a quest to find her chickens to cook!

EDIT: lizzy, I'm afraid an ' Informer ' went SCREAMING around PR yelling ' A BIRD A BIRD! I SAW A BIRD! ' the little noob didn't stop until I told him that TONS of birds would come if he typed /time :D. naughty me. BUT sad thing is, june found out before I chopped the noob.
