i'm just wondering, did you like the movie curse of the black pearl?

It was ok. It wasn't an Alien or Predator good, but I wasn't bored.

Jack and Will actually looked good back then, because it was the first time we saw it xD

I give it an 8.5. It was great, but it wasn't better than the Second in my opinion.

Yeah, I liked it. It confused me at moments, but other than that it was excellent! 9/10!

I loved both movies. I don't like another more then the other.

Alien or Predator good? It has to have aliens in it to be really good?

I think that this movie was better than the second. It was better plotted and the characters were rich in originality.

I think that this movie actually had more fans because it had more about Jack Sparrow, and people seem to just love him. ;)

I think millions of fan girls would have to disagree. They obsess over Mr. Depp.

I personally think it's scary. *shudders*

Well, I just like his acting. And he's a nice person as well (I worked at Disneyland for a while. So I served many movie stars)

Yea, he's a great actor, but isn't that it? An actor, people!
Most people who obsess opver him probably doesn't even know him.

But I do agree that he is a good person. I never seen him degrade himself to do a bad movie. So he's not a sell-out :p

I have to disagree with most here, the second one had more action, and I liked the story. I say the second one is better than the first. But BOTH are great movies.

I suppose.
But, still.... I'd still say the first had a more plotted, er, plot.

I preffered it over the second one. It had a better story board, and didn't go on and on and on.

I loved this movie and thought it was amazing with all of the effects. :)
If I had to rate it i would rate it 10/10.

I think POTC was better than POTC2. Mostly because the first ones are usualy the best but also it had a great theme. POTC2 was about Davvy Jone and the Kraken, which has been used in a few pirate movies. But I cant rate POTC2 until I see POTC3 of course lol. But, I do like both of them just POTC more than the other.

Pirates of the Caribbean 1: 10/10 ( it wasn't leading up to the next movie like POTC 2 did )

Pirates of the Caribbean 2: 9/10. The whole movie was just leading up to the third.

I agree with Stitch, because POTC1 was so terribly original, as will be #3. #2 just leads up to 3 and doesn't do much else except be hilarious and look really good on my HDTV ;)

Thrid will be best but I've always liked this one a teensy weensy bit better than the second.

POTC:TCOTBP at least fifty times. I had to
buy a new DVD a few weeks ago, because
the copy I had got old.

Did anyone get the Lost Disk with their
copy? It was so funny! I loved seeing parts
of the movie in different languages,
especially French. :)

I think this one is better than the other two. It has a better theme... we have heard of davy jones before lol

In opinion, this was the best pirate movie ever invented. Sure treasure Island was alright, but this was AWESOME!

Just my opinion though.

When it first came out, I didn't really have any interest in it. I have to say it was actually Johnny Depp that made me want to watch it again. I had seen Tim Burton's version of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and thought Johnny was great in it, so I rented POTC and decided to watch it again. After that, I was hooked :D

I liked this movie better then the second, by far. It made a lot more sense and it didn't have multiple plots with all the " You owe me your soul! " junk.

Yeah I definately liked this one better than the other two. Course the others weren't bad, still liked them.

I think that the second is, ultimately, the best. Followed by the first and then the third.

The first was by far the best, they should of stopped while they were ahead in my opionion. I hated the second and third.

I loved all three movies and will probably love the forth. While I don't obsess over Johnny Depp, I do admire his acting. He takes the quirkiest parts for such a good looking guy.

I loved all the POTC movies.. :)

Curse of the Black Pearl was THE pirate movie, no doubt. I loved that thing, I watched it all three days in a row from the 2 day marathon. Number two had alot more action though, and a decent plot, thats why I believe people say number two is the best. But I say you can't beat the original. Jack Sparrows introduction, was the best introduction for a character that I have ever seen. Especially from a Disney movie, they outdid themselves. Thats why his into is my avatar. Going down with the ship, seeing the hanging pirates, its AWESOME!! Can't beat the original, especially since you didn't know the characters, and Sparrow kept ye guessing until the end of the movie. Heck he kept me guessing in the third one lol. So I give it 5 stars and rank them in order:
1. Curse OTBP
2. Dead mans chest
3. At worlds end

Mr. Depp has been around longer thus having more opportunity to garner fangirls.
