Question about beta
 

Hey everyone,
I was just curious about something. All the people say how cool beta is and such, but I created an account and recieved no invitation to beta or any sorts.
I didn't join yesterday, I joined near the beginning. So.. was I supposed to do something? oops.

At the moment, we all aren't sure on what's going on or what to expect. Your best bet would be to email them asking the staff as I did. Only a short amount of time until we can all experience the adventure.

No statements about special statuses for being in the game from the first day (as VMK did) were announced, therefore, I don't suggest you to expect a Day 1 Badge anytime soon, because nobody has spoken about such thing. If they do, then they will probably explain about them later on and then is when you will get the information.

The Day 1 badge made me feel special. XD

A small amount of people (The very first people most likely) were permitted with a beta key, accessing them to the great Beta version. I unfortunately did not hear about this game till Beta signups were probably finished... :rolleyes: Oh well, I want alot of screenshots posted from Beta People! :p

No worries, they just haven't sent them all out yet. It takes a while to send all those emails out. Just keep waiting. You might get it in the morning.

I'm hoping I get a beta key. I signed up a while ago and haven't heard anything, like most people.

Are there like any group quests? (Question for someone who can already play POTCO). Like where you have to work as a group to complete a few tasks?

Although I haven't been able to play yet, I think that we, as goups, would have to. Perhaps, our rewards would be some kind of group-only abilities.

Well, I'm pretty sure there will be some sort of huge group of like 20 players having to fight the Kraken or something. That would be pretty rad.

Yeah, but if someone kills the Kraken, I might not be able to control meself...

Anyway, I'm looking forward to the VooDoo magic. You can't have a good game without magic. ;)

I think that the VooDoo magic will be a bit complicated and hard to use while moving during combat phases.

We would need about probobly 5 ships filled with people to take him down.

how do you get the beta kay code

An e-mail will be sent to you. Many haven't received theirs yet. So you're not alone.

It will be emailed to you if you get one.

I didnt get a beta information back, i guess i wasnt chosen.
