The Quests
 

Hello!

So I've been finding myself with not much to do with Chapter 3 not completed and reading through the different posts here it seems there are many more quests out there that I haven't even run across!

I realize that listing all the quests and where they start is a lot of work, but any hints or clues? The only thing I've done are the three quests from the Port Royal townspeople and the story chapters. (And no, I haven't -not- been looking, I've been checking out all the island and random houses looking for things, and now it seems I'm crazy cause their out there but I haven't found them!)

I'm still working on Chapter 3 quests. They originate from Elizabeth at the governers house. Right now I'm doing a Jack Sparrow quest to help round up his crew and liberate the black pearl. I'm also working on a Will quest, which also started from Elizabeth.

You might just want to wander over to the governers house and see if Elizabeth is there. :)

Must be the rum breathe cause she's never interested in talking to me anymore, I'll give it another shot though. Last I spoke to her she gave me the task for chapter three that isn't finished.:(

What level is your pirate? I believe some are handed out as you level up. I know I was given the Rogues task at level five and the Gold Teeth at level 7.

Hmmm...interesting and somewhat annoying! lol.

I'm at Notoriety Level 6, I'll poke around and see if anyone can talk to me andcheck out the mansion again. I want something to do! *pout*

Edit: Ugh! No one is around in the mansion, I'm getting frustrated. Okay, I'll level up to 7 and see what happens *fingerscrossed*

Which quest is it that you're not able to complete? I've had to drop some quests, and do others instead.

I've dropped none. I can't seem to find any new ones. :confused: What I couldn't complete is Chapter 3 in the story, which has not been finished by the developers either. I'm Level 6 Notoriety and have looked all over for new people(and old) to give me some new quests, sadly haven't found any. Maybe I need a high level before I do though...it's just bother some to run around over and over again(which is nessecary I know!)

Can I ask, who have you spoken to get these requests, please?

My quests originate from Elizabeth, then from there it tells me who to talk to. I've had to drop the ones I couldn't complete and do the ones I can. Which Chapt 3 quest are you on? There are many in Chapt 3. I'm currently stuck on Doc Grogg, but I'm not going to drop it. lol It took me a while to finish it lol. I'm just going to sail the seas get cargo and work on getting my sailing level up I guess :)

Last thing Elizabeth charged me with was to find all the paintings...does that sound familar? The thing is, it doesn't appear in my Journal and not sure what to do next.

Where have you been talking to Elizabeth? (Can't find her at the mansion)

I also completed the tasks Joshuha McGibbs(sp) gave me but I don't get any futher instructions after that.

Yeah, after I finished the nine rogues task, she said for help to go find her father, and I never saw her again. I guess we should go find Gov. Swann to see if he has anything to say about the paintings.

find all 9 paintings and I'll bet you get more clues at least. I've only found 3 so far try looking under your treasure tab

The Nine Rogues "find all nine paintings" quest disappeared from my journal as well, and I haven't found any of them yet. Elizabeth disappeared from the mansion, so it's not like I can just go and pick it back up. :-(

You ought to have a quest to help Jack free the Pearl... That gets sooo complicated in Chap 3!!!

Good news and bad news. I also have not been able to advance on Ch 3 quests, because they all just stop with "complete" and I can't do anything else. So yesterday, I decided to make another pirate and I was actually able to complete the Pidgely quest and finally got a crew member. Now I am on to my next crew member.

Look in your Treaures area of your journal, one of the skulls at the top, if you click on it, will show you how many of the Rogues you have found so far. You will uncover them as you battle so there's nothing specific for you to go do to complete it. That one popped up for me after I finished off a skeleton on Port Royal. Then at level seven, again after defeating something I suddenly received a pop up telling me to find Jack Sparrow again and he has sent me to find gold teeth. It works the same way in that I uncover them as I battle.

Fantastic! Thanks so much(and to everyone!) to be honest I haven't been logging in to the game the last few days and so I'm all ready to hit it up again, PLUS! My name was accepted! Niiice!:D

This is only the first week I've been able to laod the game at all... Is there a trick to getting into the Govener's mansion? I got the quest at level 4, now I'm almost level 6...

I've used 2 different worlds on the map (I pick the smallest ones), but the game crashes every time... I just use that quest when I need to log off.
