Ammo Pouches Bug
 

When you buy the ammo pouches , you must buy all 3 at the same time to get max ammo. DO NOT just buy the biggest one. Put all three sizes in your cart and purchase all at once. Sadly I found this out too late on cannon and pistol ammo. You get almost double the space if you purchase all 3 at the same time. If you just buy the biggest , it will not let you buy the 2 smaller ones. Hope you read this before making a purchase.

It definitely sounds like there is a bug there; but, just to play the devil's advocate, it might be that they are not supposed to stack with each other. They might be intended to work like our other skill items, for example the tri-barrel pistol replaces the double-barrel pistol.

ITA. I think it would be very unusual if the pouches/barrels were stackable.

To DisturbedRage: What specs are you getting that leads you to believe there is a bug?

Your post says that you get "almost double the space" when purchasing all three sizes. I don't have the pistol pouch yet, but the medium cannonball barrel alone doubles the amount of Firebrand and Thunderbolt I can carry. Since I've heard that the large barrel allows you to carry 175 of each, if they truly are stackable, then you'd be carrying more than 4 times the regular amount.

I would refrain from buying all 3 until we have more concrete info.

As I thought about it, I could just see it being reversed; and, I also thought it pretty unlikely that they'd refund any gold already spent. If they really are supposed to stack, then they'd very likely patch that soon so we would be able to retrofit ourselves with the smaller Packs and Barrels.

Well, I wonder if we buy all 3 and then they fix this, we will lose our storage space and then be back to square one? Please someone on the beta accounts let us know how it is there before we spend bucco bucks on them.

What if you buy the smallest one, then come back later and buy the larger, and so on....?

Well, I did it. I bought all 3 for all ammo, except the one that cost 10k. I am now down 30K+. I do however like the new face tatts :)

does anyone know what the space totals upto if u buy all 3. I bought the largest cannonball barrell and got 175 space, surely it can't go any higher?

i bought all 3 for cannons and i have 350 storage for all cept explosive which are at 444.

i think its a bug therefore it will be fixed which means i will lose money plus i hardly use special ammo anyway i usually use the standard infinite shot for more rep except for nades

i tried testing it out on cannon and it is bugged, i bought all 3 pouches one at a time, and it left my at 225 thunder and fire, from medium to large pouch, with no increase at all going from medium to large. and yes its pretty bugged

I bought all the pouches, barrels, etc.

I can carry plenty of stuff around, and don't need to reload for quite a while. I bet I can go on a whole week without restocking. :D
