New Weapons Ideas

ok basically just post your ideas here are some of mine;

Weapons:

New Ways to unlock skills;
- Compleate a quest whether it be a story quest or a minor quest u see someone for
- Pay some money for a new skill, for example to learn a new cutlass skill pay will turner 1000 gold and he will "teach" you the new skill
- Again Quests you could compleat a quest for example, defeat 25 lvl 20+ enemies with you cutlass if u do that u get a new skill unlocked

New ways to get skill points;
- Again Quests you could compleat a quest for example, defeat 25 lvl 20+ enemies with you cutlass if u do that u get a skill point to apply anywhere

New Weapon Upgrades;
- Maybe we could "pick up" wepaons from enemies so if i defeat lets say a lvl 37 officer on a colossus he drops his ______ cutlass then i now have upgraded my cutlass however like clothes u can choose which to use by visiting a blacksmith
- Buy new ones instead of haveing the free rusty cutlass, then to iron then to steel maybe we could have more choices like cutlasses with special skills for example one cutlass may have a 25 hit pt advantage another could have a 25 defense or block advantage another could have a 25 agility adavantage and so on
- Quests maybe we could compleat certain quests and aquaire better weapons so if i go and talk to _________ he gives me a quest of finding the bone sword of a seabeard then i have to go defeat seabeards until i get the bone sword then i can use it

Special Skills:
- Maybe we could have some skills in voodoo that relate to cutlass for example flaming cutlass for 10 seconds your cutlass will catch fire there fore burning your enemies and inflicting more damage

Environmental Weapon:
- basically you use the environment as your weapon for example u see a rock u go to it and hit the "p" button to pick it up then u can throw it or if u see a branch or something like that

Some Weapon Upgrades I thought of:

Cutlass:
- Poision Blade (inflict 30 seconds of poision to the enemy)
- Bone Sword (will inflict a 25 more hit points to any attack using this sword)
- Voodoo Sword (uses voodoo and can have skills like flaming sword and cursed blade)
- Fish Sword (despite its dumb name it is the most powerful inflicting a bonus 50 attack giving 25% chance of dodgeing attacks and blocking) [modeled after the sword one of jone's crew uses)

Pistol:
- Shotgun (slow to reload but inflicts 100+ attack points on an enemy)
- Bayounet (used like a regular pistol only u can "jab" the enemy if they are withing range)
Bullets:
- Fire Shot (inflicts 15 seconds of flame on the enemy)
- Cursed Shot (curses the enemy for 30 seconds)

Looks:

Yea i was also think while lvling abotu some new cool personalization things

Scars and Bruises:
- Scars you could go someplace (i have not thoguht of where yet maybe some costume store) and put like a scar across your cheek (limited to 2 scars no more or else people would go crazy!)
- Bruises you could also place them where u want (also limited!!)
- both would give a more "roughed up" look to pirates

Necklessess (sp?) and bracelets:
- when they said jewlery was coming out i though a chair would be cool but that didnt happen
- maybe some necklessess could have voodoo powers like the neckless of immunity would give 50 bonus hp if worn, neckless of power gives 25 more voodoo points if worn, neckless of strength give 25 attack hp if worn, neckless of agility gives 25% better aim and accuaracy, and so forth
- as for bracelets idk (i was thinking one type of brace let could be liek a shacle or something)

Islands

Singapore
- Member only island
- very high lvl 40-50 sao feng guards
- new sigaporean ships added

Davy Jones Locker
- Another Members only island (hey we need a place to hide)
- another high lvl area with lvl 40-50 enemies from davy jones
- only way to get to it is my sailing to certain "hot spots" on the ocean

Davy Jones Locker Idea 2
- Maybe this could be the place where u and your crew would go if u sunk at sea instead of respawning form your home port
- can not tp out of "island"
- only way out is to repair your ship (shipwirght will be there if u dont have enough there will be moderate enemies to kill for gold) then sail to a hot spot where your ship will pop back into the sea

Shipwreck Cove
- Guild area
- guild members go there to hang out
- guild master owns the guild hang out can buy and place in bj (blackjack) tables thp (tortuga hold'em poker) tables other seats and so forth
- a Officer only section where guild master and officers can go to speak
- only one "entrance" to all guilds hang outs and people will be placed in there guilds hangout
- pirates can only enter there guilds hangout and no one elses
- if you dont have a guild when u enter the door a message will pop up saying you dont have a guild and need to start one or join one to enter
- this island will have tp access to it for easy access

I like all the ideas, but I mainly liked one. I liked the environmental weapon idea. As you said, you could pick up the rock but I would like it to be used as a grenade. Not with the explosions, just the long volley skill which makes you throw the item further.

yea i would like to "interact" more with the game than do someone dirty work - cough- jack sparrow - cough -

I would like to see the skills we have be actually worth getting. I mean why do we have combos when it docks our reps when we use it. Heck, be a noob and hack away and get more reps then a higher lvl using combos and bladestorm!!!

yea disney is weird like that maybe someday they will fix that. anyway after lvling more i came up with more ideas lol

Your bonus inducing jewelry reminds me of SWG. They had tapes that could be applied to clothing or armor for bonuses. They were mainly used by the PvPers there and would probably only have that use here, unless you like blowing money at low levels.

i love all the ideas especially the guild one on shipwreck cove
the only problem with these ideas is that the game might get really laggy
other than that i LOVE all the ideas

why should Singapore and Davy Jones Locker be member areas? I'm not complaing I am just asking. I am a member too.

be able to purchase and drive the black pearl when ever you want that would be cool

hmm i actually considered this but then again 1,000,000 black pearls sailing around it wouldnt make it special anymore :(

They should add the Pearl type ship to the ships we can purchase.

If they had a thing where you could "Tour of the Black Pearl" and also take it out on the seas, but you could have about 20 people on it and each person could have a limited time at the wheel, and you could only have one per ocean...what do you think?

One, I want a fighting, like fisticuffs weapon type. Basic first things we get are sucker punch and double hook combo skills, then you unlock better moves, with the best being an uppercut or something.

Two, instead of the black pearl ship, what about the type of ship. 18 cargo spaces and however many guns, but with regular sails and the cheap paint job we currently have. Raised the gold cap to 85000, and make it 80000.

There is a show that I saw that was all man-made islands. They were replicating the World. So you could own your own peice of the World. It was something like 1 island for 1 state. You can own your own peice of the World!!!! All of the islands were perfectly placed so that when u go up 5, 000 ft., it actually looked like the shape of the world. The islands were probably 2 acres per island so they were just the right size for a vacation home... you can own an island of Hawai'i for only $1.5 million. I call dibs on Colordo!!!!!!!

Awesome ideas! I really like the Singapore and Shipwreck Cove ideas. A guild hangout would be the best thing right now for me, and higher lvl enemies.

Great ideas. I like the one for guild members only and the new islands. Also, making higher lvl enemies is good, but Pirates should continue to lvl up above 40, say up to lvl 50 if higher lvl enemies will be administered.
