New Weapons
 

I just checked the news on the POTCO homepage and it says new weapons are coming. Well proballey not new weapons just stronger versions of weapons we waste money on. The thing im intrested in is the abiltys and special affects. Any ideas on whats everything going to be like.

anyways! yea it says new weapons but what they meant was new weapon skills looks like new skills will be coming and some new weapons (in the form of like iron cutlass, steel ect. mainly upgrades to existing skills)

I dont want to see new weaponry. I mean why do they give us new weaponry to produce more damage to an enemy, then dock us rep points when we use higher attacks? Its like 1 step forward, 2 steps back!!!

Is..is that a Barbossa voodoo doll I see? XD

I was readily hoping for new weapons in the sense of new weapons... though I have no idea what they could put in that wouldn't be stupid... Well, I guuess it could be cool if they give variant arts of the higher weapons- twould be cool to see.

i personally dont think we need more weapons (more stuff to level) however i would liek to see brawl (hand to hand combat) and environmental (picking up rocks, branched, ect.)

I doubt we'd get dolls that could look like characters but omg i'd spend all my gold if I could get a doll that looked like Barbossa or Will Turner XD lol!

I think the new weapons thing could be cool..most of us run around with all the same things, i'd like to see a wider variety and maybe even a way we could customize our weapons.

I proballey won't buy it until i maser everything unless there like New weapons with new attacks and stuff. But we really need a way to custimize ships

These aren't new weapons, just things to upgrade to. Anyone know what level these will be available at? All my weapons (including grenades) are at 17 or above, so I don't have to worry about Lvl 15+ weapons.

I have to agree with you on this one, I'm gonna wait until I max out to get them. (though that doll looks really neat. lol) Disney's also said ship customization is coming, and I would expect on a guess to see it either may/june or right after the 2nd chapter. (by that I mean a few months)

Lol, Davy, thought you knew better. No one will know anything about the final product until it's released to test, and even then stuff can be modified. (Although it's more than likely 15 or 20, disney has a tendancy to follow blatantly obvious patterns. ^^)

Why is the "Heavy Tri-Barrel Pistol" only +2 .... All the other weapons are +6 (not sure on granades yet)

Your is +2?! My tri-barrel is only +1!

Stupid question, but how do you determine this?

In reference to Captain Squids question, there is no "grenades" upgrade / quest. The update offered Grenade Pouchs, which as far as I know is the only change related to Grenades.

In reference to Lib's question, perhaps its the difference between the purchased Tri-Barrel, and the quested Heavy Tri-Barrel.

Thanks, I just found it myself, and yes my Heavy Tri-Barrel is only +1 as well. I guess they figured the pistol did enough damage as it is.
