Release Notes - March 14 2008

• Another round of updates to the Black Pearl Boss Battle. We'd like your help testing this battle, and to make it easier, we've made it re-playable on the test server. Even if you successfully finish the battle, you will be able to replay it by using the onscreen buttons. Please let us know what you think!
• Adjusted camera angle when receiving a quest from an NPC
• Fixed NPC animation when they are addressing you
• Added a close button to popup messages for holiday items and Blackjack Fridays
• Fixed a bug in lighting on the jewelry shops on low graphics settings
• Removed extraneous sound effects that played after hitting Escape during a cutscene
• Removed duplicate skeletons in the Port Royal graveyard
• Lowered the level of the Navy soldier outside of the Governor’s mansion

I personally liked the Black Pearl update. That's exciting!

Is that only for the test? I wish I had my hands on that lol.

Another thing that was fixed and not mentioned, you can now change oceans while crewed, without having that crew bug that says your already crewed. Now when you change oceans, you automatically leave your crew, and can be crewed again by someone else.

Over a month of boss battle testing .... and the paying customers are still left in the dark, GJ boys GJ

They haven't fixed the bug that's not giving out the quest for the grenade?

NO and now someone hasnt gotten their Doll quest at not lvl 24? The TP quest for Cuba, Port and Tortouga are messed up. Nades, lord knows what else!!!

I never got my grenade quest. I'm already at level 27, so I'm hoping they fix it soon

A guild matey got her grenade quest fixed yesterday. So I guess they're doing it one at a time.

Personally, I'm really happy that you can close those stupid pop-up messages about blackjack friday and stuff. Ugh, they were annoying and would take forever to go away!

As for the boss battle, well, at least we can see they're working on it, right?

Sweet, more pirates will be doing lookouts when that boss battle comes.

I get quests fine idk how its not giving them out O_o

My smaller pirate didnt get her Port royal or cuba TP quest yet. Shes almost lvl 13 now....
