Well, we have had our guild going for a bit now and started out as a close knit group of friends who just guilded together. Now we thing it's time to expand our circle. We're looking for pirates who are mature, fun, active and love to plunder. We do a lot of sailing and have a blast doing it. Sometimes we even get the fleet of war ships out and have a plunder party. Most of us are higher notoriety, but dont have a problem helping others with their questing or lvling up. We also do a lot of land battling.

Some requirements:

• The Needy/whiney need not apply. If your wanting to join to get others to do it for you, please move along.
• Must be 18 or older. We are an Adult based guild. This is a place where Adults can go be....themselves! Not a Romper Room.
• We absolutely will NOT tolerate Rude or obnoxious behavior.
• Must have a sense of humor! We are a fun loving guild who likes to joke around. We dont want no downers lol.
• Must be sociable. We like to get together and have fun.
• We prefer unlimited members. I've seen plenty of Basics come and go. At least unlimited shows commitment to the game and that you will not drop off the face of the planet.
  

In general, we are looking for someone to have fun with. This is a game and we enjoy ourselves! Dont be afraid, we dont bite :)

Is there a timezone cooperative for the Elite? I'm normally on from anywhere between 9pm to 1-2+ am Central. I'm 32 (age), Lvl 28 (nearly 29), good on cannons, love land battles. A sense of humor is all I have going for me. :p I'm pretty sociable, I do have my moments of "me" time.

I'm unlimited (took me a day and 1/2 to bust out the card). I give Disney enough money (WDW, etc), can't hurt to give em a few bucks more. I'm not going anywhere, may not be on every night, but lately I have been, times above.

Sorry, I hang out on alot of web dev boards, I tend to turn PMs off or else I get bombarded with a ton of "help me, teach me, show me" messages all the time. Now when I join a new board that's one of the first things I do, shut PMs down. It's just out of habit.

Since she finished black pearl and the guild she is in ended I haven't played her much this week, that's why I don't remember exactly what her stats are.

Me, I'm 29 female, mom of two girls. Live in CA, so pacific time zone. Working part time right now so some nights I'm on very late if no work, and other nights not at all. Sometimes I'm on mid-day, if at work I won't be.

Ive been sporatically playing since the beginning of April, but with school almost over, ill be on a good amount of time and i really would like to accumulate some good friends for online play.
Ive gotten where i am so far almost entirely on my own and im ready for some help, and also to help others.

Forgot to mention....This is an Adult Guild. We are not concerned about levels or being the best, but we do like to have fun....and a lot of it!

This guild seems like exactly what I'm looking for. I'm waaaay old enough but only lvl9 atm. I plan on getting up there quickly. I mostly do Sea Battles, and don't have too much problem with mid to high 20 enemies in my current Sloop. I've been playing on-line sims for about 10 years, and have been in one guild/clan/squad per game (except SWG where I changed servers 3.5 years ago, so two there lol).

I'm a deadly enemy and an honorable ally.

Well....I'm getting too far along in my piratey adventuring to have my own personal guild. Though I hate to see the moniker go (Watership Down...get it, like the book and like a 'water ship' going 'down'...lol, man I'm hilarious), I'll have to admit that I'm interested in your guild.

Short of it:
I love to plunder. Put me on the seas at the helm or on a cannon and I'm a happy pirate. Am willing to help anybody with anything...be it a lvl 3 or a lvl 33+. I just need some friendly people to play along with.

Long:
I pretty much just mess around when playing. Taking my sweet time questing and leveling. I don't play all that much. Usually just at night around 11pm Pacific Time. I've been using the random crew feature pretty much all the time, but that's mainly for plunderin' the seas. What irks me the most is with the random crews, the 'captains' will a lot of the time only go after little Panthers, Bulwarks and light sloops. I can sink an Ironwall in 3 shots and have sunken many a Phantom in 4-5, but they just won't go after the big ships....even while helming my war sloop. When I quest, I pretty much always go out alone. Kingshead has given me quite a prison problem, but I'm progressing through it. I have crud for a cpu, so you may see me drop connection and lag behind, but I still love the game.

I've been looking around for a nice guild to join and TEC seems like a good fit. Way back when when I played another MMOG, my guild was a smallish one that was oriented on helping each other and having fun. Hope I can fit here. My main pirate will join (same as my user name), currently notoriety 21.

I have been playing pirates since December and had been in the same guild up until a couple of weeks ago. It was a great guild with a lot of friendly people and we did a lot of things together as a group, but then our guildmaster started coming online less and less due to R/L obligations, so I finally made the decision to leave the guild. I have tried a couple of guilds since then but haven't found any that did things as a group, and that's what I am looking for. Because If I wanted to play a game by myself I would just play solitaire.. lol Your guild sounds like just the guild I have been searching for and would very much like to join.

I kjust actually found this site, and am looking for a good guild.... like many others I double the age requirement. Have been trying to build an active mature guild, but no luck. Currently lvl 24 but only 8 on cannons...cant team up to get them higher as yet.

Please let me know if there is more room for more guildmates. I like the game, but it would be better with some solid players to strategize with.

Hi, I am new to POTCO, well over 2X your age limit. Only been playing for a week; switched to unlimited after two days and still love the game. My guy is Level 18 with skills between 8 and 12 for everything... Dagger is only 8 but working on it; love sailing and cannons. I have received several blind invites and have always ignored them; simply because I do not have a good understanding of how guilds work yet.

Eventually, a very very friendly/good player invited me to join her guild and I accepted; she was awesome. It is a very active guild and I had a blast the first night playing with a bunch of experienced players - mostly officers of the guild. The second night, perhaps it is all in the timing, I logged in during a "heated exchange" between several players, in fact I was somewhat disappointed about the conversations the players were having, the bickering, the immature insults, the constant "shut-up"/"no, you shut-up" comments. Eventually the exchange died down. I don't know how it started but I was very happy when it ended.

Having reviewed some of the comments that flew across my screen, I think I should look for a more mature guild where people play nice with each other, treat each other with respect and understand that calling each other names is an act of immature bullies.
