Happens on TT all the time, all this means is that they're server went nuts more than likely. ^^

(Not to burst your bubble, but Disney will say update if it's an update "90%" of the time. If it is emotes, I'll find an emote to eat dirt when it comes back up. ^^)

I just posted a post about that. By the way, it says UPDATE when it is an update, not MAINTENANCE. (Tyvm to Jack for that info).

Rarely do they say update. Maintenance means they are FIXING something. That means they are FIXING emotes and putting em in. Plus, they never said maintenance. They said it's currently unavailable.

You cannot fix something that is not in the game yet. Plus, they wouldn't put all those messages about maintenance out at the last minute. If it is an update, they tell you so even if it says maintenance. They tell you ahead of time, at least a day or two in advance. Server went nuts, I agree with Jack.

Well, that proves that TT and POTCO aren't run by the same teams then. ^^

Ahem, Test server. Emotes are in the Test server, so they are probably putting some finishing touches on them and releasing them. POTCO also never told us in advance for any other update, did they? They didn't tell us they were changing the hill for Fort Charles to a bunch of rocks and trees, they suddenly switched it. They didn't tell us when they fixed the ship sails glitch, they suddenly switched it.

Also, how can a server go nuts when I have a mid size guild. and only 4 people were online? At busy hours my guild has about 10 online.

Game's back open, we'll see who's right.

Test server, is loads different than the OPEN(OPEN) server...
They dont tell you about small updates, it would be cruddy. Plus those aren't updates, those are patches and such. They have told me loads of times about Maintenance, look at the Game News for once some day. Not that it is even on there today, but still. Yes it is back up, I am on now as we speak.

One thing to remember guys, is that the game was down for 5 hours one night (11:00-4:00 PM PST) to add the updates on the test server.

I'm in the game. Total chaos with all the noobs at PR.

I'm just gonna leave updates alone for now. It's a diff staff, lots of people new to disney's game franchise. You'll learn soon, you don't want quick updates with Disney. They'll be done before Feb. is over, trust me.

Disney is hit or miss. It can be awesome, or it can be a total disaster. Jack's right, as usual... sigh...

I actually still can't log on. It just keeps saying "retrieving version info" and then after a few minutes, the box disappears. Is anyone else having this problem?

Trust me, I learned the glitch was fixed THE HARD WAY with 2 Lvl 9 Rock crabs against my lvl 7 lil guy.

nope it worked with all crabs(i recently discovered) then they fixed it oh well

Are you sure its fixed? (I haven't been able to get on yet) The glitch didn't work around the whole island for me when I definately knew it was working.

i used it yesterday but accroding to someone (i forgot :sadmh9: ) it was fixed

The bug does work, you need to be further in the water though.

the emotes and clothes should have been Tested in January, so that they could release them in early february instead of making us wait all this time.
