just had a run through test looking at the new stuff and looks nice, also the prices are not too bad although I did spend 1500 in the jewlery shop lol

there is only one face tatoo so I hope there will be more added soon but there are a few nice arm and chest tatoos

nice too see that we are supposed to be able to tp to guild members but when I clicked on show members nothing happened but I am not sure if that is my character or a general game bug as seems a bit big to miss

You mean on the beta server, or the Live server? because i been running around the shops and i have not found anything for sale.

So you are able to change your current pirate?

Yes. Not the facial features or anything, just hair, clothes, etc.

It seems like they could let free member have SOME things...I think that free members should be able to get all light class ships, and maybe go to level 15, and at least get the dagger, since it isn't that great of a weopon, and be able to make their own guild, or if they have one, be able to control it.:vangry:

The beta testers are the ones that have access to the test servers.

Its just fluff. Dont get me wrong.. its a nice little addition. I am looking forward to new quests and things to do besides leveling up my weapons. When it goes to the open servers... all it will do is make my bored pirate look different. :vtongue:

their is nothing new just more promises and more speculation that will leave us unfulfilled for god knows how long

it is fluff but hey, as I am only lvl31 it is fluff that will distract me a bit longer lol by the time I hit lvl 40 there should be more stuff out !

I still maintatin that this is not aimed at the hardcore gamer who would be better server by WOW or Everquest or even Warhammer when it comes out, me personally I dont have the time to get to a decent lvl on any of them so at least POTC I can also even to get to this lvl I have been on most days since it was released for 1-3 hours and a few longer sessions but then I am not just trying to level up as quick as possible.

Im still a level 31 also... could be more but Ive been holding off on trying to do too much lately.. since I dont want to max out my pirate and then have absolutely nothing to do except start over again. Im not a hardcore gamer.. casual is more like it. I know ppl that maxed out their game months ago.. then left. That isnt my style. I would even be happy with more little quests to keep me busy until the black pearl is fixed. Ive done all the quests that I can find... I just want a little more activities... not asking for much really :vwink:

Well I like having stuff to buy, and when it does go out on open, I'm going to be out getting as many enemies I can get to get those 'rare' clothes drops to get the colors that aren't available in stores. :)

I already know I'm going to be sailing more to get more gold so I can buy stuff for my inventory. lol On VMK I changed everyday ;) I'm sure here I'll spend the first 10 min of everyday deciding what to wear :p

is everything as expensive as in VMK?

I think items went from about 50 to 2,000 gold. I'm sure the Lords jackets are going to cost tons though. 5-10k gold?

It may be fluff, but it's fluff like this that will make a game more interesting, and help you make the game more "you". Good looking pix so far, and looking forward to seeing the completed products on the public live server. (I can't get into the beta servers either...)

I totally decked out my pirate with the gold piercings. :P

I think they did a really good job with the designs of tattoo... I have the one with a knife in the skull on both arms, then a Jolly Roger on my chest.

i'm not sure if I missed it previously but I found a new np character with a quest in the tatoo shop in Port Royal that I had not seen before so might be an indication of a few more quests ( could also be me just missing quests ! )

I hate it that Pirates put in tatoos and piercings... I only like the new clothes for which I have not seen yet since I'm not a beta tester.

How Do You Get Access To A Betta Or Test Sever?!

u had to be a beta 2 player to get access to the test servers however potco has released that it will have opening for test servers however this is no openings now

I never got access to beta.. *sigh* but I really hope this comes out live soon! I can't wait to go shopping! hhahah! Anyone have any ideas when its coming out????
