Never seen a funnier glitch
 

Get a war galleon and to to the top gun. Use it, then push Esc and walk forward over the edge. You will be walking in the air. (Edit: Just found out that you can do it from any cannon. I have yet to test it on other ships.)

I did this and walked to a parked player ship. I boarded it and started sailing it! I was laughing so hard! The person must have been thinking 'what the heck' seeing a Lv 30 sailing his ship!


Here's a picture of me on board of a Phantom. It was right before a Man-O-War sunk me, so that's why I am in the crouching position.

This one is me on a Man-O-War. It got bugged and started to move just as I was going to start to grenade the Officer. The officer was level 29 - the highest level Navy enemy ever seen, to my knowledge. You can see my ship in the background.

I sailed an EITC Warlord once. THAT was fun. Just a few minutes ago I knocked down a Revenant's sails and boarded it. I grenaded the Undead Brigand that was captain but couldn't sail it. My crewmate did fire cannons at my ship too. I got a screenshot that I will put on in a little bit.

Wait, was that the pictures of me before we sunk, or was this when I had to log.

I got a picture of me on a Phantom about 2 seconds before I sunk. That is why I am in the jumping position :)

I just added a picture of me on a Man-O-War. My ship is in the background. I think PotCO is catching on to me and my friends, because when I exit the game, even without crashing, the Report A Bug screen pops up.

Now ya believe me. ^^

First off you need a galleon, preferrably war. Go to one of the cannons adjacent to the wheel and hit shift/esc really quick 1 time, then walk past the cannon out into the open.

If you want to board a ship, do the same thing, but blow off all the sails first and make sure you have enough grenades to kill off the captain of the boat.

Does it allow you to actually sail the ship?

For example, if you boarded a phantom and killed all the enemies on it? Can you use it's cannons or sail it?

The skeletons only allow you to shoot, as I was the first one of us to board and I had no luck at sailing it.

As for the EITC and Navy ships, I think you can sail.

I used to do this all the time during the beta.

Can anyone post a screenshot of them at the helm of a ship? I'd love to see it.

lol and btw the highest navy officer ive seen was a lvl 30 on board a navy Man-O-War

I've seen a lvl 37 Officer aboard a Collosus. Don't think they go any higher than that.

You can't sail any of the ships. Don't take my word for it though, because I have yet to board an EITC ship. You can use the cannons and sail player ships though - I did that a few times. Pretty fun.

BREAKING NEWS: It has now been confirmed that you can sail an EITC ship if you board it. I haven't tested it yet myself, but it has been tested by other players.

Not sure, but it's happened to me before. Simply jumping off the cannon and getting back on will fix it though. ^^
