Abandon Ship!!!! Help!
 

Me and My crew were sailing yesterday going on the QAR. Everything was normal until we exit the QAR.

When we got back to A Ship I noticed that this wasn't my ship.

An extra crew. A person took the steering wheel. Didn't have my ship health.

I looked back and saw my ship just sitting there. And now I logged out. Logged in

today and took my sloop. I also took this pic.

Could anyone help me when I can board.

Wow, that is the strangest bug I have ever seen!

Your War Frigate is literally stuck out at sea and you can't board it by dingy?

For the past couple days i couldn't. I'm trying right now if i can board. When I use glitch and grab steering wheel it says, "Ship is pinned in place."

Odd.. Have you talked to Pirates Online Help or Live Chat yet? They could be your best bet.

If it's on Abassa then shouldn't it be crowded by people coming and going?

EDIT: After about 20 minutes of dragging enemy ships over in order to try and sink the ship, I figured out that the method's purely useless. I have no idea on how to get the ship back :(

I've contacted live chat heres what they said:

I've also tried sinking the ship. Its no use. Plus its on a Level 1 Scroundual of the Seas. It should of attrack ships.

You could sell it. That would work probably. Then buy another.

Looking back on this, it's extremely unusual. I bet this will cause some attention for the developers considering it's on a highly populated server.

I wouldn't suggest selling it as stated above, just because if it could happen once, it could happen again. Since it's still there, it's going to be important for developers to figure out why it's happening and how to prevent it from happening.

Hey, you should try to bribe them into replacing your War Frigate with a Ship of the Line. :psmiley27:

Im never going to sell it. But there are a couple ships around outcast also abandon on the same server.

To get back on topic I still haven't gotten my ship back. I hope mantance comes to clear the seas that have some abandon Ships. I want it tomarrow. :(

The good part of it is that... um... Is there any good part of this?

I've only seen Warships abandon. Could this be happening to newcomers? Also is it happening to regular ships...

There's alot of ships stuck at sea these days, At least you aren't alone! :3

Maybe you can buy a War Galleon and sail that around!

Hey I am right now at your ship I am trying for this ironwall to sink it and so far its working so I hope it works. Btw if you see my ship its the Golden Leopard.

It's a strange glitch.
I'm trying to sink it with whatever ships are in the area....
EDIT: I gave up...... the ships hit me more than they hit your ship lol.

There is a stuck ship I saw with a warship going around it shooting it, it aint sinking O_o

Today at 3600 health I've never seen an ship with no crew repair a little. Lets go see what I do today.

:/ I boarded, and hoped that if I shot from its cannons to attract enemy attention, it would be attack and sink, unfortunatly, forgot you can shoot off another player's ship.

What would happen if a bunch of ships used ramming speed on it, and pushed it?

I do not know that. How about we pirates try that. How would it port?

I logged on to hassigo's ocean and between port royal and devils anvil you will see a dozen ships in one pile. Theres even a privateering ship out there if you turn to the right. but does anyone know what is causing this?

i think i know what can cause it. if a player is dc or internet goes down and they don't log off they can't swing over but they game reads it wrong and thinks they are still on. So oddly you swing over to a different ship. But 1 person is still there but dc maybe. i had it happen to me when i port.
