I'm curious on how many are planning to play Star Wars the Old REpublic online and if you have a guild? I have created a guild pre-release and i'm in need of members in order to get carried over into the live gameplay. Please contact me by replying or a pm if you want to join or you want to know more about the game. I hope to see some familar pirates in a gaxaly far far away.

I'll look into it. I hear a lot about it, so I may try it out. It can never, of course, replace POTCO.

I want to play, but the game is not Mac friendly and I won't get a new computer just to play a game.

The game hasn't been released yet. I have my account too.

I will try it when it gets released hoping to be a beta tester.

Beta testing is already on. There was a selection process for that. You can still be a tester, just go to their site and follow the steps they ask.

I might play depending on what it's rated. *Sigh*

It'll take space Hammy. The game has 7 planets whole. Its going to bigger a larger map than WoW. People taht play WoW (not me) say that the way the game is going that its going to be about 5 times larger. They've also already allowed a Guild Creation pre-release. O'fury of course jumped to the ocasion and has already started a guild. We have 10 people signed up already.

hey i would like to bring up 1 of my favorite rpgs this game is made after swkotor or star wars knights of the old republic 1/2 the sith lords. u should check it out and if you play them on pc go to file front to get mods for the game. its sweet

Trust me, Andy, based on the trailer this has definitely got to be either E 10+ or rated T for Teen. With that kind of violence and things like that, parents will NOT let an eight year old play that game. It's almost like Guild Wars, except the scenes actually have subtitles and SWTOR doesn't.

It is now out for pre-order. This game will more than likely be rated T for Teen. That is what most Star Wars Games are. I signed up for beta testing and they said that thousands will be allowed to play beta starting in september. I've been on the waiting list for more than a year now so I should be on beta. Wether I'm allowed to share what I play or not is beyond me.. So I'll fill this thread in if I am allowed to share anything from beta. Pre-orders are going out quickly.

when i got my first system (origanal xbox) i wan in 1st grade and i played star wars battlefront 1 and a bunch of other teen games. so it rly just depends on the parents... and my friend played halo 1/2 and i didnt get to play any m games til i was 11 or 12...

and no i am not doing this just to prove u wrong... or be mean... or show off... im doing it to prove a point...
