Now Live - The Pirates Online Players Channel in DXD!

Dive deeper into the Pirates Online experience with the all-new Pirates Online Players Channel. Check out other Pirates' stats, set up or view events for your Guild, access additional leaderboards, or create your own customized Pirate Channel, and more. Here are some of the features now available:
DIRECTORY
Use the directory to find any Pirate (Notoriety level 2 or higher) or Guild in the game.
PIRATES
After you've found one of your friends, you can view all their stats, as well as the following:

• Picture of the Pirate
• Notoriety level
• Guild affiliation
• Weapon skills
• Ships
• Treasure they've collected, including gold and playing cards
• All the other Pirates they've created

Already checked it out, and the best part is that it auto-updates itself! I think I'll keep track of this little thing ^^

Has anyone actually been able to login?

I'm logged into the main pirates website as well as xd, but it doesnt show up - do I have to be playing the game at the same time in order for it to populate my information (and how does it do that?)

You don't need to be singed into any other disny site/game to be logged ino this one. On the upper right, there's a little button that says log in, if you click on that, you get a window that pops up telling you to log in.

the stats are intense and deep. Wish they would take some of the web dev team and loan them out to the game dev folks so we can get that black pearl fix.

It is interesting to be able to see what everyone has done with their skill points and to find out where you stand all time in kills and ships.

My daughter and I started to create our own channel on DXD, but it seems like you have to "buy" things using "points". How do you earn points?

Yes, the brotherhood is still listed... saw them as 12 for most enemies defeated



im quite proud of the most jailed ranking! seems the brotherhood has me beat though... thats something to work on... i want to be #1 lol :xgrin:

Does anybody know how I get my Pirate to show?

First log in (log in button top right). Your Toontown account info should work to log in. Once your logged in a picture of your chracter should be right there, next to his name is a left and a right button. That's to switch chracters. Hit open (bottom right of your characters picture) and all his stats should show, use the left and right arrows to see his different weapon/sailing/cannon stats.

If you can't log in for some reason, click Directory, click the Search tab, make sure the "Search in:" drop down menu says "Pirate Name:."Now click where it says "Enter name to search for" and type in your chracters name. That should bring it up.

Hope that's what you were looking for. :)

Sounds great, unfortunatly as a UK resident I can't access it.

If it's not too much trouble can someone post some screenshots please? Screenies of any pirates info would do but ones of my pirate would be greatly appreciated.

I'm really interested in the "Treasure they've collected, including gold and playing cards" part. Does it only tell you the number of cards you have like in the game or does it tell you exactly which cards you've collected?

Edit: Thanks to PirateAhoy I found the UK DXD site (http://dxd.disney.co.uk/dxd/index.html) but I can't find anything to do with POTCO, it seems the Pirates Online Players Channel is still exclusively for US residents. But the fact that a UK DXD site exists gives me hope that it may become available sometime in the future. Hopefully a not too distant future.

That sucks, anyway i would be able to go to USA next sunday.

I can't log in to it. Not because I'm not clicking the log in thing, but I always end up at the main dxd page. No matter which link I click on, I always end up back to the main dxd page. There is no place on this page to log in to, and I can't access my pirate info. I can't even *get* to the pirate dxd.

I click on the pirate in the lower right side and click on pirates dxd and then click on "Play Pirates DXD" or what ever and end up here -->http://home.disney.go.com/lite/index

I have the same problem. There is a text link in the botom center. Says something like "change to broadband site". If you do that click on games and then choose Pirates.

I have a question about Disney DXD. Where do you leave messages for your guild? I love the idea of seeing the stats and stuff but I don't see where you can leave a message.
One other thing, I recently joined a guild and while playing the game I can see where my guild is talking to the left of the screen but when I whisper to them about something the message is in gold and it says, "To No One". Do I have to invite them to be my friend first? I just don't understand because from what I read when you join a guild all you have to do is ask if you need help. As I said I just recently joined so I don't know the rules or whatever. Thanx for any help you can give me. I am totally clueless! LOL! Kani of the DarkWaterDragons

Never mind I figured it out. The skull to the left side of the page also has the guild tab and my words are blue when I type and I can contact them. Duh! I don't know why I didn't see that. LOL. Kani

The UK disney site also has a DXD channel, but because us Brits aren't supposed to be on PiratesOnline we haven't got a PoTCO channel.

C'mon Disney. Open up the DXD site to all people. I wanna see how my guild is doing. Either that or add the PoTCO channel to the UK site too.
