Alright mates, listen up! Me or one of our officers has already notified you that we are going to be doing some changes, but I'm gonna post all the details right now. By changes, I don't mean little itty bitty things. No, we're changing the WHOLE way our guild is going to work. I'll go change by change.

1) Our rules? Out the window! I've realized recently that we've been too strict lately. Faaaaaar too strict. For that reason, I have decided that our rules are going to be gone now. We are going to be a guild of freedom, where you can do whatever you want. I feel that this will truly improve us.

2) Promotions are changing a lot. I have decided to make EVERYONE in the guild an officer of some sort. The only ranks other than officer now are going to be Senior Officer, Co-Guildmaster, and then me, the GM. This way we don't have people being jealous of those at higher ranks than them. This should boost morale a bit, eh?

3) I think its time to switch up our Co-guildmasters a bit. Sam and Billy are going to join our Senior Officers now, and I have chosen two new, and very good Co-guildmasters. Congratulations to Captain Sharktooth and Dog Gunmorgan for becoming Co-guildmasters! Congratulations. I have no doubt that you guys will be civil, fair, and kind Co-guildmasters to all of our members.

4) I have decided to change the way I am running the guild as well. While we don't have any rules, I am changing my own guidelines. The first is that if I don't like you, you're out of the guild. Also, what I say is law. The same goes for the two new Co-Guildmasters. If Dog tells you to get him a sandwich, then get it to him or you'll be handed over to The Monster.

Thats it for now mates. Isn't this awesome? We'll be the best guild in the Caribbean now! HAIL TO THE SHADOW SORCERORS!

Very good changes. I hope that many more people will see this and recognize we are a great guild and join us.

Surely you are not appreciating the sheer force of these decisions. This will bring rise to a new order in the Caribbean, an inferno of a great fire of change that shall reap across these waters. Every strong guild must have a strong core - and that's exactly what this will bring, a centralized and single power that will be unmatchable anywhere else in the Caribbean.

Davy, I really like this idea of yours. Sometimes, the most crazy, frowned upon ideas are the best. In our case, I'm glad that you're being open-minded enough to try something like this, even though the method will be highly criticized. :)

Also, if you are a member that joined and put their baby pirate in. Expect to be frowned upon. We need you guys to work on your pirates so we can be the best guild or you may be kicked out. That means I'm talking to you Captain Monkeys, Stealthy Cannoneer, Savvy, and more.

For those of you at the meeting we had last Saturday, we discussed this briefly in the beginning. These are changes we are making.

Hmm... unorthodox, yes. But corrupt? Perhaps not. This may be a good change for Shadow Sorcerors.

I also want to make another announcement. Normally I am quite opposed to ranking. That's going to change. From now on, the Co-GM's and I are going to make sure that you are doing loads of ranking. If I don't see us on 1st place for at least three categories on the leaderboards a week, then there will be harsh punishments.

Good, I've always wanted to rank. Also, this gives our low level guildies a chance to do some leveing. The gravediggers will give them really good rep since they are a bunch of noobs.

HAHAHAHA I love this I finally got into a position of power in this guild... I have some wonderful plans for this guild thank you for finally becoming a good guildmaster Davy!

I'm going to boot every member that Davy forgot to promote becuase they are noobs. And then i'm going to go on abassa and cause trouble, then ask someone to be my GF then break up. Oh what fun! thanks Davy!

I for one enjoy being on the same level as everyone else. Makes me feel like I don't have to deal with all the psychotic insanity from the Members. With everyone in power, THEY can do that!

I'm still higher than you, and unless you rank and be a good member, you can't do any of that stuff and you may be kicked out. Noob.

I think as a general joining requirement everyone has to give me a box of rum bones along with many other challenges and tests to see if they are worthy of being a Shadow Sorceror!

EDIT: Davy Sharky and myself are higher up then all of you noobs so don't let the equal officer status go to your head.

I have a question. What happens when you must have an officer meeting? If all are officers, then an officer meeting will be like a guild meeting, no?

Officer meetings will no longer be truly Officer meetings. It will just be for Senior Officers and Co-GMs.

-hunts down and confronts Jack- officer meeting will no longer be required there is no need to hide Jack... we will find you anyway.

But that would make the officer title null and void, and they would be like members, no?

That is the point. This way we can have total equality, other than the highest ranking officers. That is necessary, to have a "high council" but a lot of members will be happy with their new officer titles.

Last question. Since all of your members are now officers, will there not be potential over-guilding? And, you might also guild the wrong people.

Sharky, Davy wouldn't approve of anyone being kicked out, noob or no. that would destroy the whole equality point. DUH!! Epically failed noob.

Jack those may be valid points but this our guild we'll worry about that ;) and SEAKING us Co-GMs have almost every bit of power that Davy has... we can do whatever we want to
