Ahoy mates! This is the thread where I will be posting dates that we will be having for our guild meetings. Since we have them every month, it would be a bit of a waste to make a thread each time one came up. If you have questions, comments, or concerns about the meetings (or if you are Sharktooth saying "Oh dang, I can't make it.") Then you can post here too.

Currently, I have a meeting scheduled for Saturday, March 26th at 4pm Eastern Time (3pm Central, 2pm Mountain, 1pm Pacific, 9pm Icelandic)

I'll try and make if I can, I should be able too... But if I'm online on another pirate right before the meeting starts please feel free to scream at me in all caps with exactly 14 exclamation marks.

Gonna bump this thread to remind all Sorcerors to come to the meeting! By the way, after the main part of the meeting, I also want to have a meeting with the officers, senior officers, and co-guildmasters. Also, this is a good time to start PMing me Sorceror of the Month votes (Me or an Officer can make a sticky thread for it after the meeting). So please, put it on your calendars and PM me your votes.

Sounds perfect for me! I'll probably be there except if something big changes but for the first time I'm probably going to be there a saturday!

Guys, I'm sorry about this. I found today that I will actually be busy at 4pm Eastern on the 26th. I will be moving the time to Saturday, March 26th at 7pm Eastern. (moving the time three hours forward) If you are online at that time and I am not there, please be patient and I will get online as fast as possible. Sorry if this causes inconveniences. If enough people can't make it, I may move the day.

Davy, what about the raid? Dont you think it will be too late for it?

Didn't think about that... hmm... okay, here's what we'll do. If by the time the meeting is over, people are still ready for the raid, we'll do the raid. If it is too late and everyone is too tired for it, we can do it the next day at 6pm Eastern. That sound okay?

But what about the PVP event?

Sorry guys, I really want to have this meeting on Saturday. If there are any no-shows, its nothing that I can't fill you in on later, I assure you. I plan to make a few promotions and then plan out the events for April. Should just be our average meeting.

Reminder that our meeting (or maybe meating as Billy would prefer) is today at 7pm Eastern time (6pm Central, 5pm Mountain, 4pm Pacific, 12am Icelandic). Please try to be there. If I am not online when it starts, just wait for a little bit and I should hopefully get online. I doubt that I will be late though.

I got one screenshots from the meeting. It probably would have taken less time if it weren't for all the random TP's... Oh well, we still got stuff done. Anyway, for our guild anthem, the last line is shouted out by everyone. Here it is!

Also, we planned TWO events for April. I'll start with our Ship Ball.

What:Ship Ball
When: Saturday, April 16th at 6pm Eastern Time.
Where: On board the mighty Shadow King!
Who:Sorcerors ONLY!

We'll start out the night by boarding the Shadow King. We'll then commence to sailing the Shadow King around the Caribbean, dancing and having a good time. We'll eventually park the ship at the End of the World, and then party!


Our next event, was our guild quest, The Sword and the Spell-book. I won't go into too much detail right here, as I'll make a new thread for it soon. We plan on meeting the second and fourth weekends to do some of it.

Hey guys, I just want to give you a heads up for our next monthly meeting. I would like to shoot for Saturday, April 30th at 4pm Eastern time. The date and time shouldn't be much of a shocker hehe. It'll probably just be our usual meeting. I'll bump the Sorceror of the Month thread when I want you guys to start thinking of who to vote for for that. Hope to see you all there on the 30th!

Errr... 8pm I think. About 4 hours from now? I think Daylight Savings and stuff isn't the same in Iceland as it is in other places, so I'm not sure. I'm pretty sure its 8 though.

Congratulations to all that got promoted! We planned a few events and changed a few minor things, which I will be posting in other threads for the most part.

Although the one thing that I will post here is that we made a bit of an adjustment to veteran duties. We have put Veterans in charge of helping out other members. Now, let me explain this. If someone says in guild chat that they need help with something, whether its training or questing, Veterans are the ones that should be stepping forward to help before the others. They are in charge of making sure all guildmates have help. BUT, that doesn't mean that if you are NOT a veteran, you should not be assisting others. This is just the primary duty of veterans (like officers are supposed to watch over the guild and make sure everything is moving smoothly, and High Council helps me decide on promotions and major changes). Other people should still help, especially if a veteran is not online. This is just one of the duties of veterans. I'll say it again, just because you are NOT a veteran, doesn't mean you shouldn't still be helpful.

Anything else I will be posting in some other threads.

When is the next guild meeting?

Next meeting... let's shoot for Saturday, May 28th at 4pm Eastern. Date and time shouldn't be too much of a surprise. :P

Well we had the meeting mates! It was a pretty simple meeting, I'd say. A good crowd of Sorcerors were able to make it, and surprisingly we weren't interrupted by loads of random teleports. For those of you that missed it, the main points were reminding everyone about The Shadow Games and our Guild Quest continuation time, promotions (will be posted on the promotion thread), and SOTM (will be posted on SOTM thread).

Overall, it wasn't any spectacular meeting, and there weren't any special things that we planned for June, as we already have the quest and Games. If you missed it, don't feel too bad. We'll likely have a June meeting, and I'll find a date for it in the next few weeks.

Put the June meeting on your calendar mates!

It is EXTREMELY important to be at this meeting. I have some very special announcements for events and such to make, so try as hard as you can to be there so you can ask questions and get the full gist of everything.

Aye of course an important meeting for June due to the Shadow Games and we'll probably have quite many promotions I guess. I'll put this on my calendar... now!!!

Davy, can you please move the meeting to 4:15 or 4:30? I have to be somewhere this morning, so 4:00 is a bit of a streach, but I will be online by 4:15.

um.... there may be a possibility that I could be late to the meeting since we're going somewhere right now.

For those of you that think you'll be late, its no big deal because we always start a bit late (Never been sure why... usually from 10 minutes sometimes to half an hour xD). You'll more than likely make the very important stuff as long as you're not more than twenty minutes late. Also, I could use your Sorceror of the Month votes....

EDIT: Due to all this POTCO maintenance, I'm moving the meeting to 5pm Eastern time, so just over an hour. If its not fixed by then we'll have it some other time.

Chill everyone. I'll reschedule the meeting. I know Sundays are sometimes tough for people, but lets do Monday at 8pm Eastern. I'll also be rescheduling The Shadow Games (will be posted on TSG thread).

Aww man, won't be able to make it Monday. Monday Wednesday Tuesday and Friday after noons are really hard for me.

Saturday, July 2nd at 4pm Eastern then I would like to do this meeting. I wish that we could have done it yesterday, but POTCO loves to mess up our events. Hopefully I'll see you all there.
