vBPlaza?
 

I was wondering if we could get vBplaza or Zoints on here. I think that would be a great thing for all of the sites of Nick's. I could do the graphics or anything if needed.

I especially want the Zoints system, but I don't know if they can find the code.

You mean like a shopping thing? I think that would be cool.

Yes that would be quite nice, it would be interesting to buy and give gifts with the zoints system.

Sounds like that'd incorporate a lot of spam, and I doubt it'll be needed for this awesome game we have coming. If there's a vote, I vote no.

Well, we did rule it out for VMKF for the same reason. I'll go along with Schmoofy.

What spam? I answered your question to the best of my ability.
Like, you get points for lookign at a topic, posting, making a thread, stuff like that, and you cen buy certain things for your profile with the points, like you could make your title glow, ect.

Oh, thanks! I never knew that. The only Nick-forum site I've been to other than this was VMKf. I'm pretty active there.

Zoints are points for buy stuff with virtual money like when you post it is worth x amount of "Zoints" and when have enough you can buy stuff such as stuff to add to your profile, name colors, etc.

So, VMKf used to have that, correct? And does TTc have that?

I'm not sure about VMKF, but TTC no they don't.

Okay, vBux isn't as bad as it sounds. I am a part of a site that has it and it is pretty cool, actually. There's not as much spam as you'd think. You can earn points then use those points to buy highlighted or colored usernames, and little icons to give to your friends. The icons will then be displayed under your username.

I think it's an okay thing, but I don't know if the mods want to take the time to deal with it. And the site's still new, maybe later.

A bit of a fun way to spice up your profile or give a little something to friends.

Another site I visit uses the vBplaza and spam doesn't seem to be an issue there.

Zoints are another system of vBplaza/vBux, only you get like a My Space page, and you can post junk on there. Also, you can change the vBplaza's settings so that it doesn't allow spam.

As far as I know, there is only one site with Zoints on it, and I have really liked it.

Is there really a difference between VBux and Zoints? Just different platforms or something?

On a large scale site like this, vbPlaza is a spam machine, I mean literally, auto spam machine.

A discussion forum is just that to me, not a place for other things.

I come here to talk, not post junk, or to post spam.

That is my opinion on it.
