It's not the Swift Foot glitch. That, I believe, was already fixed once more. Also, that island doesn't have flat land to stand on. This is done through some glitch I always forget.

On a brighter note, I'm glad this old dog is back. I just wonder what the point of it being there is (obviously an inside joke/easter egg...)

That dog man.. it's everywhere.... first Rambleshack Jail, and now Outcast...

How do you get up there though? Sorry, I'm not a good glitcher.

I got there following the instructions of the good Edward (with some minor tweaks due to different systems and time twixt his instructions and the attempt.)

He has a video on youtube on how to do it.

lol and there is one thing i found on test server, it showed the dog barking at me in the jail cell at the very beggining of the tutorial. Check it out.

No, the dog was removed some time ago and replaced with the recent Infamy update.
