Never see POTCO ads?
 

Has anyone seen any POTCO ads? I've almost never seen them. The only time I saw them was on tv 4 years ago, then nothing. No more ads on tv, computers. But I often see Ads for other games, especially WoW (world of warcraft). Please tell me if I'm misunderstanding, but it seems like POTCO expect ppl to know about the game and play it...
Also the only tv ad was kinda boring, just featuring a ton of pirates swinging their swords at skeletons on a dock (which didn't happen until 3 years after the ad, when invasions came out, and really did not look very exciting). I also remember seeing the kraken in the ad, which also is not in game (they really need to hurry up and start making it). No trying to offend anyone, since I myself is a POTCO fan.

I saw POTCO tv ads...then after I joined potco in april 2008 I never saw another potco commercial again.

Yeah I only saw POTCO ads like 3 years ago too. I was thinking about this the other day, they should put some up....

But they did. Just recently...

More on-topic, no I have not seen any, but that's probably because I never watch ABC, Cartoon Disney, etc.

more ads = more ppl in game = more fun. :laughks2:
Not a ton of ppl playing POTCO recently.

Same, I haven't seen a POTCO ad since 2008. Would be nice if they could put out the ones they got showin' on youtube.

I dont watch diseny, or cartoons much, but i only joined the game when i saw the advertisement for POTCO.

Same, except I joined a month earlier of the same year you joined, and saw an ad 3 months ago.

Adds are bad!
 

More Adds = More Money they spend
They don't do much adds because all their money goes into the Game!

More Ads also = More time spent in between commercial breaks. As if I weren't annoyed by them already enough, savvy? :p

The less people playing, the more ppl get layed off. Less workers = less updates. Wow prob has a lot more ppl making them, since they get much more updates. But you need $$ to have these ppl.

I have seen a Google Ad for POTCO once, but none on TV in 3 years or so. That's not strange, because I watch any shows I want to on Hulu, and hardly ever watch television anymore.

The last POTCO add I saw was for invasions. Something about a girl selling apples and then Jolly came to invade. Or something like that.

They should put ads up at their theme parks after you exit the ride you could see a banner for POTCO. They must figure people visiting disneyworld.com will just see the "games" link and search that page to find it.

Actually i saw a add on TV the other night. Thats what made me think about joining POTCO again.

Wow, it seems like tv ads does work, most ppl here joined from tv ad (like me). They should have more ads.. lol

I thought I saw ads a while ago, maybe a year or two ago.
