I have started a guild with another pirate (Ndamukong) called QB Destroyers. If you wish to be in the guild, just say so and I will post a code for the guild. The first 3 responders will be instantly considered to be an officer or a veteran.

or

Basic Access Level 8+

Do not ask to be an officer (I will appoint people to officers when they gain my trust).
Tolerate other guild members.

Of course, as Grace suggested, be careful with who you promote right off the bat. A veteran might not be able to do much, but that just gives a potential "bad seed" an early start in infiltrating your ranks. Also, be sure to set up a nice set of rules and guidelines, to help maintain order :)

Why have a requirement of Unlimited access and open chat? Many great pirates can be lower basic and have speed chat...

EDIT: now I have open chat, so much more effective.

It suggested that they are but its ok it they arent. Also, I have some basic access members in my guild.

Of course not. Open chat is just preferred.
